Easy order and very (too) fast. It's a shame you don't offer delivery to pickup points for individuals.

Response from Wesco
Hello and thank you for your feedback. We offer delivery to pickup points for all eligible items. However, the mattress you ordered is considered a bulky product: that is why you could not choose this delivery method. We hope to see you again very soon on our site.

Item ordered mid-December for delivery early January. Finally delivered early February. Why not announce the true delivery time?

A little disappointment for the plasma ball that our child took in their hands to discover and it fell from barely 40cm and broke. We thought it would be a bit more shock-resistant since it was made for children... Otherwise, everything else is perfect!!! Good quality 😍

The site is very well done, I was not informed of the out-of-stock situation when I ordered in November. I had to contact customer service to be informed that the restock would be on January 20, which is 2 months after my order!

Too bad the delivery takes a lot of time (3 weeks is huge compared to Amazon). The delivery window is too wide (3 days!!). It is not specified on the site that the order is delivered only to the foot of the building. The rug meets expectations but I find it very expensive.

It's a pity to pay shipping fees when the products (which are indeed of quality) are already quite expensive...

Good products, very poorly designed website, but once in the cart everything works correctly. High-quality products, fast delivery although not announced (contacted by the delivery person (Heppner) on the day of delivery.

For now, it's difficult to evaluate. We'll see over time because given the price, we expect a good lifespan. My rating corresponds to the service, contact with the telephone service was average (staff not very pleasant but they do their job properly). Payment, no possibility to pay in installments, unfortunately (payment on delivery, as there was a different wait for each item, the payment was separated so it suited me)... Delivery between 9 am and 5 pm. Not practical at all, not precise, they do not notify beforehand. Item arrived as described and in perfect condition. No possibility to return if it doesn't suit you or at your expense!!

I like the material sold by Wesco, the prices are too high. They respond quickly to emails. The telephone reception of their carrier is deplorable! That's why I took away one star.
