Wesco receives praise for consistent delivery reliability, with many reviews noting fast and on-time shipping, well-packaged items, and orders arriving complete and matching site descriptions. Customers highlight product quality and accuracy to descriptions, mentioning items suitable for toddlers and babies, comfortable for children, and durable, with some items like small beds useful in space-limited nurseries. The shopping experience is described as smooth and easy, with clear order tracking, straightforward ordering, and helpful customer service in several positive mentions. Overall, customers appreciate the long-standing relationship with the brand, the reliable fulfillment of orders, and the suitability of products for young children.
Satisfied except for two things: - I checked the box 'delivery in one go' which extended the delay. But my packages arrived in two shipments (a few days apart). This raises questions about the carbon footprint! - I made a return which is at my expense. €18 for the product and €16.5 for the return shipping costs. This does not satisfy me at all. The right to make a mistake is expensive!

During the first order, I had some problems. Second thing, the date indicated on the order was not respected... otherwise, the material is good.

It's a shame that the delays are sometimes so long (carpet). Otherwise, order and delivery efficient

I am a childminder and I am a fan of your catalog. Only downside: that I cannot get a discount as a professional in early childhood like in childcare stores (Aubert, Bebe9,...) where I have a 10% discount upon presentation of my approval. Equipping a house for children is expensive, and I do not benefit from any assistance.

Hello, the delivery time slot is too large. Waiting from 10 am to 3 pm! I do not have the correct invoice in the package. I have the invoice of another customer. I will call you tomorrow to get my invoice. Otherwise satisfied with the delivery time and the material. Best regards

We were not informed that our order would arrive in 2 packages, which caused us some inconvenience at the post office.

The rug is absolutely great, and of very nice quality, ideal as soon as the baby crawls until late, as we plan to put it in his room to create a play area, so for the rug, 5 stars. However, the announced delivery times are totally fanciful, 15 days after ordering, without news after a month, we are told that the delivery will finally take two months, and after further exchanges, the rug arrived 6 weeks later.... Too bad.

Very good product but it's a shame that shipping costs are not offered. You could save money by sending the order in a much smaller box and offering the shipping costs.
