Disappointed with the item

I am very disappointed with customer service. I called several times to get information about the delivery and the deadlines for certain items, but as long as I haven't placed an order, they can't tell me anything... I find myself having to find a solution on my own to have the main furniture on time: I divide my large order into three. Thus, I lose my 12% discount! I had to manage on my own to find an arrangement. For the delivery, an email informs me that the package has been sent. But then no news! Should I stay available for 2-3 days waiting for the delivery person?! It would be nice to at least provide the delivery day... And I find myself in this situation for 6 deliveries!!!! Because each order is divided into two. By the way, I received an item at the beginning of December even though it was indicated as unavailable until mid-January... It's incomprehensible!!! I am really very disappointed to have had to find this solution on my own and lose my benefits, when I just wanted to make a large order at the end of November, have a first delivery on December 20 of everything that was available before, and have the rest later. But that seemed impossible...!!!

Functional and easy-to-use site, but there was a problem when receiving the order: it was poorly protected/packaged. The box containing 2700 pegs was pierced, and therefore the 2700 pegs were loose in a large box...

The packaging box was damaged. The playpen was packed in a box that was too large, it opened, and 2 corners of the playpen were damaged. It's frustrating, but we didn't have the energy to return everything. Compensation would be an appreciated gesture.

Delivery times were much longer than what was announced on the day of the order. The delivery person was not the most pleasant, who is supposed to have me sign the receipt and didn't even have a pen (nothing serious but inconvenient for me with an open door and children in the house that I am watching). Good quality rug, I appreciate that it was not rolled up for delivery.
