Products received yesterday. Compliant with the description on the website's store. Nice products of good quality. Delivery time a bit long... it's not a big deal but you need to anticipate your order if you want to be delivered on time.

Very good! Except that the necklaces are a bit more expensive than elsewhere, I don't know why? Thank you!

Aside from the very long delivery time, the quality of the product seems impeccable. We'll see with long-term use. As of today, I am satisfied; the color, the material, the ergonomics all meet my expectations.

The order is perfect, but the billing is not under the correct heading. I have made a request for a change, especially since the order was correct on the quote.

Items conform to the order except for a bit disappointed with the size of the doll deck chair, really small and pillowcases that have a Wesco label made of plastic which I find unnecessary (important to preserve nature!).

Four packages have just been delivered (scooters). Although the packages are in good condition, they are leaking small metal pieces. We hope nothing is missing!

Order well received in the indicated time. Too bad there is a large box for 3 small books + 1 larger one. They were moving around inside... Have a good day. N. PÈRE

Response from Wesco
Hello, and thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We understand your comment regarding the size of the shipping box and share your concern. At Wesco, we are implementing various actions to reduce our waste, particularly related to packaging. In the case of the book you ordered, its dimensions, however, forced us to use a larger box to ensure its protection during transport. We have forwarded your comment to our CSR department responsible for the continuous improvement of our environmental practices. We thank you for your commitment and hope to have the pleasure of seeing you again soon on wesco.fr. Have a nice day.

The site is intuitive. It is easy to find what we are looking for. The waiting time between the order and delivery is very reasonable. I appreciated being able to choose delivery in one go or multiple times.
