The ordered items are very good but upon delivery the boxes were torn and open. I had to check the contents of the three boxes.

It was very difficult to find the gym mats on the site: impossible with the global search tool; fortunately, I later saw the specific section.

The organization of the tabs is quite well thought out with a reminder under All products. There is a missing tab for Sensory.

You can find excellent products there, unfortunately often too expensive when you're not part of a community.

Delighted with my order, I just expected the plates to be a bit bigger... My 4-year-old son loves his new glasses!

Easy-to-access site to find what you're looking for and toys that you don't necessarily find in stores, however, the post office had to redo the packaging as it was damaged.

I received my table and chairs well.
To my great disappointment when I opened the package, the table is damaged and one chair.
I therefore sent you an email, thank you for your responsiveness as you are sending me a new tabletop and a chair

A very good product for children aged 2 and up despite a slightly high price.
As for the delivery, what can I say: unacceptable: I received no email or SMS confirmation or appointment scheduling, the delivery person calls to say he can't find it and that I need to reschedule a visit specifying the exact address!!!!! I am very disappointed!

Very satisfied with the delivered product. However, it's a shame that the site did not indicate that the product was out of stock, which delayed delivery by about ten days. Product was still shown as in stock.

the packaging needs improvement, the boxes are jumbled because they are poorly secured and the cardboard arrives damaged and this time even torn on one side, the puzzle box (children's gift for Christmas) has a completely ruined corner and is therefore not very presentable. An effort is needed for packaging/shipping

Our item (high chair) did not arrive with the pattern indicated on the site (we received a chair with gray and white stripes instead of off-white with polka dots).

I am disappointed because I had requested not to be delivered during the school holidays and my order was delivered and entrusted to other people than my organization.

Not always easy to navigate the site. I placed my order based on a catalog and I am looking for the names of the games on the site.

Hello,
Following the quote sent and engaged by the town hall, I have not received a response regarding my order. After several weeks of waiting, I manage, with difficulty, to reach someone who takes my order into account.
Then, I receive it in duplicate.
I filled out the complaint form after speaking on the phone with an advisor.
Now I have no response and cannot reach you by phone.
The duplicate is waiting for the carrier at the primary school to be picked up.
Thank you for keeping me informed...
Best regards.

Response from Wesco
Hello and thank you for your feedback. We indeed received two identical orders. While we can be happy to see more and more of you trusting us, we are still sorry for not having met our listening requirement. Our carrier will come to pick up your second order as soon as possible.

Very satisfied with the site. Just a downside regarding the delivery which was not clearly announced and without the possibility of rescheduling the date in advance in case of unavailability. But the delivery was faster than announced at the time of ordering.

The site is good but the problem is paying when you are a Municipality. You have to validate the quote. But for us, this was not possible. Our accounting service had to pay with a credit card and not by mandate;
