The site is great, the products too! However, I don't understand why for 5 bibs I received an ENORMOUS box!!!!!! the shipping needs to be reviewed because in terms of quantity it's really not eco-friendly

The items were not all delivered together (the javelins were delivered with a 2-week delay) and one item (metal goal) was damaged.

Most of the goods were in accordance with my order but one item was not right. The customer service I called twice gave me different information regarding the procedure to return the product. As a result, wasted time verifying and knowing what the correct procedure was.

Delivery to be reviewed. The delivery person took the liberty of handing the package to the neighbors without informing me and without my consent. Moreover, he told them it was a request from me!!!!

Nothing to report, ordered, shipped and received. The fifth star could perhaps have been given for free shipping... sorry but maybe a bad habit taken with the giant/leader of e-commerce...!
