Hello, the only issue with the order is that I chose a delivery date (quite far away). Order placed on September 1st and we requested delivery between September 23rd and 25th, and it was only on the 25th or 26th that we were informed that our order was not ready, which I find really unfortunate! Moreover, the reception with the carrier went very well and they were very friendly. A big negative point for the delay in information regarding the delayed order.

I was informed that there would be a slight delay in delivery, as the package had been damaged. And indeed, when I went to pick it up, the box had been completely destroyed, roughly resealed with plastic ties and inside one of the packs of 10 notebooks was completely torn and the notebooks scattered in the box, some damaged: corners bent... this was due, I think, to the use of a box that was far too large for what it contained and therefore no support for the contents. So very clearly the packaging needs to be reviewed as well as the shipping conditions.

Response from Wesco
Hello and thank you for your feedback. Despite all the care we take in preparing your package, we have a limited number of box sizes that we adapt as best as we can to limit our environmental impact. We still have room for improvement and your comment contributes to that, thank you.

Very happy with the Wesco bed and its mattress. We were disappointed by the delivery. We waited all day for a delivery that did not happen and we were not informed.

I received the rest of the order yesterday, but it arrived in duplicate, with an item I had already received. I had indicated by email that I had already received this item. Delivery error but satisfied with the material.

Order arrived quickly. Sheets perfect for 'nursery' beds. However, they could be softer.

The products are of very good quality and the site offers a huge selection. The only downside is the waiting time between the order and delivery which was long but I am still very satisfied.

Navigating the site is quite easy. For the delivery, I was given a date during the week and then I received a message informing me that I would receive my order earlier than expected but... on a Saturday. In my package, I had a fiber optic lamp whose base is filled with water and glitter, but it leaked. Otherwise, the purchased products suit me.
