I had requested a delivery for the end of September and was delivered on August 31. I didn't know if I refused the delivery would I have paid for shipping twice?? the delivery person didn't know so I took the packages (bulky) to avoid paying shipping twice. I received 6 packages. I opened one and there was only the bed inside and no mattress. my order was a 'bed + mattress' set

I only give 3 stars because the delivery time was extremely long, and it was difficult to get a follow-up from Wesco. After several emails, I finally got an explanation regarding the delivery delay. Nevertheless, the product meets my expectations, but the delivery time was over 1 month.

impeccable delivery on the scheduled date. The content of my order is very satisfactory, except for the mattress protector which is of very poor quality, to see after different washes.

Prices are quite high, but the quality and choice are there. Too many non-recyclable and unrecyclable plastic items for my taste. It's a shame.

The package was torn on one side upon receipt, the product was not packaged at all, which caused it to be a bit damaged. Disappointed with the packaging that could have used a bit more care.

The site is very good, but the transport needs to be reviewed. I had requested a change of address that was not done and also that I be called 30 minutes before, which also was not done. The driver threw everything over the gate.

Good site and good product, I am still waiting for an order that has been pending for several weeks now so I hope it will arrive soon. Otherwise, the other orders arrived on time and in good condition.

Order received quickly and in good condition but shipping costs are excessive, probably due to the over-packaging of the product which could have simply been sent in an envelope.
