The site lacks details about the items it offers. However, the delivery time is satisfactory and the quality of the products is also good.

Order received in several packages, the delivery person does not know where they are and if he will get them! So part of the order was refused.

The shortcuts from the menu are sometimes difficult to access, especially from a smartphone. Otherwise, the site is quite clear, with many photos to help purchase items.

Problem with the order to find an item. Upon receipt, one item is missing and another is delivered in its place. Waiting for customer service response

Site and product quality are top-notch. However, my package arrived open. Much less good

I am torn regarding my opinion... Happy because the rug is large, which is what I was looking for. However, disappointed as I doubt the quality... the fabric is not tight enough, so it has creases everywhere, and I fear it will tear quickly... plus it arrived folded, so that didn't help. I also thought it would be stiffer so I could store it upright. I remain skeptical about the rug's lifespan.

Maybe tighten the items a bit more to have a little less packaging.

Meh, order preparation times quite long, delivery late... we've seen better. I got discouraged from contacting customer service, I wanted to contact by email but I don't think that's possible.

Satisfied with the products and reliable delivery method
Only downside, one package was open and I was missing a waxed cotton thread item (noticed after signing the delivery slip, too bad!)
