It is sometimes difficult to know which section to look in, but the site is pleasant to navigate.

I have nothing to say about the ordered products, but I found the time from order to reception very long.

Several bugs encountered during online payment. Delivery service very disappointing, especially due to the delivery person not understanding French.

Response from Wesco
Hello and thank you for your feedback. Despite all the care we take in designing, manufacturing, and packaging high-quality products for you, delivery is not always up to our standards. We sincerely apologize for these inconveniences.

Perfect modules, however very disappointed with the packaging... just a plastic that was torn in several places... so blackened by the truck. Moreover, the carrier placed one item on top that marked a module... we invested 322 euros and are disappointed with the packaging very clearly

First order with WESCO was great!! The wheelbarrow arrived 'perfect' on time: very well timed even before Easter holidays and the package was in great condition. For the second order: the 3 ordered items are available but, in the end, only 2 items arrive (package also very good); the 3rd having a slight delay (1 week) and damaged package but whole item! Phew!! Otherwise, the contact with WESCO is very good! Thanks for the quality of the items! The kids love 'everything' and the parents (or grandparents in our case) love it because it's beautiful material and very 'sturdy'!!

The delivery announced for the next day arrived one business day later than expected. Otherwise, everything else was OK. I had no information on the packaging which would have been very useful for transport and storage: maybe I wouldn't have chosen this product.

Very good site with good products. Maybe reconsider the use of plastic for packaging products, especially in these times...

Quite a lot of choices for early childhood. However, the preparation time for the order is a bit long (1 week).

Fast delivery, solid products and in accordance with the description although a slide was delivered with some scratches. Too bad given the price of the items.
