Practical. It allows targeting games to buy based on the child's age.

I was disappointed not to have been informed right after placing my order that the product was out of stock. I had to find out on my own about the reason for the lack of delivery. It was only after the expected delivery date that I was informed of the product's unavailability. As a result, I was only delivered 2 months after my order. I had committed to reading workshops and without the butai, I had to cancel my workshops. So it would be good to specify the availability of the product at the time of ordering. Otherwise, the person who informed me was very friendly and my product (finally received) fully satisfies me. Best regards

Hello and thank you for your feedback. We are truly sorry for this delivery delay. Your selection is unfortunately a victim of its success and we could not foresee it. We hope you will not hold it too much against us.

I was not really kept informed about when I would receive the Kamishibai theater. For the rest, it was good. Well

Correct, I am somewhat mixed. I don't know if I would place another order. This is the second time I have been a bit disappointed.

Very good product visibility, however, there is a lack for delivery to be able to specify that 'it's to our home', if it's not stated the delivery people do not go upstairs.

I really like Wesco products which are of good quality for use in micro-crèches, however, I still order very regularly and do not benefit from any advantages, that's the only negative point.

Complete site but with a poorly performing search engine that complicates an already complete but not very intuitive site structure. => way too much time wasted

The items are a bit expensive but I am satisfied with my order.
Received on the agreed date and corresponds well to the description even if there is a lack of choice in terms of color.
I would recommend.

Order received quickly. Only downside, my product, a large floor mat, was not very well packaged. Just a large plastic bag, which was torn upon arrival. Fortunately, the mat seems very sturdy and was not damaged by the tear.

I received a Wesco order 6 days ago, and it turns out they sent the wrong item, which I can understand. What makes me angry is that after an immediate complaint, they made me wait to retrieve the mat that was sent to me by mistake, and I still haven't received my order, which was intended for a professional purpose, something I specified to customer service. Overall, Wesco is faster at processing orders than at correcting their shipping mistakes!
