Once the bibs were in the cart, I could no longer see their colors. So I couldn't check my order before validation. Long waiting time to receive the goods.

Very good... except for the price of the scale which is €33.50 at the competitor and not €55. This disappoints me. Good quality, good communication, and fast delivery.

I am a childminder. I want sturdy material that lasts, but apart from the play mat, I can't buy anything else for motor skills because it's very expensive.

Delivery received more than 6 weeks after the order for 1 item that was out of stock. The item was delivered alone well before the others that I had to follow up on...

Very good product, however, we are offered to choose a delivery day that suits us, but it was delivered a few days later. Too bad.

Received on time but delivered in an enormous box, whereas a cardboard envelope would have sufficed.

Very good quality material. Just I asked to be delivered between this date and that date, which was not respected; it arrived before I came back from vacation.

Good but the box was open and all the beads were scattered in the box because the box was too big and the bead box was neither protected nor packaged
