It's a pity that the boards of the furniture are not labeled, to make it easier to find.

Response from Wesco
Hello and thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Indeed, the boards are not numbered in the assembly instructions because they are easily identifiable by their shapes and holes. We hope that the product will still bring you satisfaction. We look forward to seeing you again soon on our site. Have a nice day.

Very easy navigation. Very professional delivery! The order was good, the items are really mini modules, regarding the color, another color than expected, certainly it is not a big deal but surprising.

The product itself is of good quality, I have nothing to complain about, but I have two issues to report: the first is the extremely long delivery time (a product ordered from China does better in terms of delivery time). The second problem is with the choice of delivery service, there is only one provider to take or leave, and this one is very demanding (the delivery person is not allowed to go up the building's stairs! Given that I work and my wife is at home with a young child, she begged the delivery person to take the package upstairs, and I find that unacceptable!). I kindly ask you to broaden the choice of delivery providers. Thank you. Best regards, Mr. LOUZAZNA.

Response from Wesco
Hello and thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are pleased that the product met your satisfaction, but we sincerely regret that the delivery did not meet your expectations. After verification, your order was indeed delivered within the timeframes announced in your order confirmation. However, we understand that the wait may have seemed long, and please be assured that our teams are doing everything possible to prepare and ship orders as quickly as possible. By choosing to order on our site, you support the employment of our 250 employees and opt for a delivery with a much lower carbon impact compared to an order shipped from another continent. Finally, according to our general terms and conditions and the usual services of carriers, delivery unfortunately cannot be made upstairs. We thank you in advance for your understanding and hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a better experience on your next visit. Have a nice day.
