Disappointed with the last orders. The quality is not what it used to be. Toys break quickly. Furniture not finished, not sanded on the inside with big splinters... Not easy to have someone on the line.

Response from Wesco
Hello and thank you for taking the time to share your opinion with us. We are sorry to read that this product does not fully satisfy you and that you doubt its quality. For several years, the Illico carrier has been made from biosourced plastic. Although more flexible, biosourced plastic retains properties of strength and high resistance to suit intensive use in communities. Your complaint has been taken care of by our customer service, which is committed to offering you a solution as soon as possible. We thank you for your trust and loyalty and hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again on our site. Have a nice day.
