Hello, I would like to share my opinion following my recent order. While the design of some products is very successful, the overall experience unfortunately does not quite meet our expectations for a community, especially considering the budget invested. Regarding the furniture, the sofas and armchairs leave us a bit unsatisfied. For material intended for intensive use in a community, we hoped for a higher quality and better finishes compared to the prices charged. Moreover, managing this part has been complex: after a wait due to a stock shortage, we received the correct covers, but unfortunately not the right armchairs. We also ordered a white noise plush toy. Visually, it is beautiful and very well made. However, practically, the wired system only triggers vibrations for 5 seconds, which is far too short to soothe a child and a bit disappointing for a product in this range. We greatly appreciate your catalog, but for this price level, we expected better, both in terms of functionality and logistics. I hope that this constructive feedback will be useful to you. While waiting for a response regarding the organization of the exchange of the armchairs, I wish you a good day.
