I am delighted with the rugs, however I find it unfortunate that as a childminder working in early childhood, we cannot benefit from a discount.

I did not receive my entire order. I called Wesco, then made a complaint online (which I was asked to do following my call) and I still have no information regarding the shipment of the missing item from my order.

Response from Wesco Published on 13/09/2023

Hello, we thank you for taking the time to share your opinion regarding the information about the availability of our products on our site. Currently, when products are available within 1 to 12 weeks, the availability date is notified in the product sheet. When the availability date exceeds 12 weeks, the product is marked as unavailable, with, in both cases, the possibility of being alerted by email as soon as the product is back in stock. To allow our customers to make the right choice, this information is highlighted in red, under the 'add to cart' button, so that it is clearly visible. We are sorry that you missed this information and that it could not be useful to you. We still hope that the ordered products will fully satisfy you and that we will have the opportunity to see you again soon on www.wesco.fr. Have a nice day.
