I had to contact customer service regarding my order, I was very poorly received by a very unfriendly and unpleasant person. Having placed an order of nearly €4000, I expected better quality customer service. Furthermore, the site states a 48-hour delivery for products marked in stock, but I was told that this did not apply to large orders. It would be good to clarify this. I received my order in 11 days.

Response from Wesco Published on 07/09/2023

Hello, we thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. First of all, we are sorry to read your dissatisfaction regarding our reception and we understand your disappointment. We place great importance on the quality of our services such as listening or advising, and we would like to sincerely apologize for this exchange, which was not representative of our commitments. Regarding delivery times, we believe there may have been some confusion. Indeed, you can find at the bottom of our website www.wesco.fr information mentioning the 48-hour delay, but this element concerns the dispatch of products, not delivery, the exact mention being 'Dispatch in 48h'. We indicate in our general sales conditions a delivery time between 3 and 5 days. It is also specified that 'This delay is not guaranteed for orders containing a large quantity of items'. We regret that this information was not useful to you. However, we hope that the ordered products will fully satisfy you and encourage you to give Wesco another chance. Have a nice day.

Order processed quickly, received well packaged, the sleeping bags seem to be quality made in Portugal, the colors did not run in the first wash. The bowls with ears and glasses perfectly packaged.
