We were first surprised by the device's manual which fits on an A4 white sheet in 11 languages; to say the least, it is very brief and written very small... a bit surprising for a product we imagined to be high-end. Then, the electrical adapter did not fit into the back of the device; I had to lower the plug in the column with a screwdriver for the adapter to fit. In the product description on your website, there was supposed to be a remote control to adjust the lights and water flow, but there was no remote control in the package (I checked carefully). But above all: I followed all the installation recommendations (demineralized water, 2 drops of dish soap, etc.); the problem is that the jellyfish always stay at the top of the column, even when manually bringing them down, removing the air bubbles... After a while, small bubbles attach to the jellyfish, and maybe that’s why they stay at the top? Perhaps also the suction and water discharge system is not working properly? In short, we were very much looking forward to this product, but we are very disappointed with its quality.
