Big problem with the delivery. The first part of the packages was left in front of our door without ringing the intercom, one of the boxes was even open; there was no shipping slip. The rest of the boxes arrived later and were thrown over our gate without any warning of course!!!! Even though we were generally satisfied with your products, we hesitate to order from you again due to the delivery issues.

The product itself is of good quality, I have nothing to complain about, but I have two issues to report: the first is the extremely long delivery time (a product ordered from China does better in terms of delivery time). The second problem is with the choice of delivery service, there is only one provider to take or leave, and this one is very demanding (the delivery person is not allowed to go up the building's stairs! Given that I work and my wife is at home with a young child, she begged the delivery person to take the package upstairs, and I find that unacceptable!).
