The product ordered does not meet my expectations at all. The duvet cover turns at the same time as the child during sleep. No means of attachment to the mattress. Upon checking, the description on the site is not clear and can mislead the consumer. Second unpleasant surprise, the return is at the buyer's expense. When you see the dimensions of the package sent for just a duvet and a pillow, it is very discouraging regarding the use of the after-sales service. As a daycare director (I ordered privately), I will not fail to communicate this fact to my professional network.

Terrible!!! Very mediocre product, borderline dangerous, we received it and threw it in the trash immediately! A shame!!! How can a scrupulous seller be allowed to sell such dangerous crap for a baby!!! A real scam!!! Stay away!!!!
Happy with the rug but extremely shocked by the delivery times and conditions. I finally receive it after 3 weeks of waiting and decades of surcharges to the carrier Heppner. Catastrophic!!

Hello, I gave the blue balance bike to my grandson for his 2nd birthday. This balance bike is designed for children aged 2 to 4 years. However, this little one, who is very tall for his age, cannot use this balance bike: 1) it is very, very heavy and he cannot lift it. 2) the handles are very thick and a 2-year-old's hands are too small. 3) the seat is much too far from the handlebars which forces him to sit on the frame. 4) it is too high. 5) the two rear wheels make the balance bike unstable (it barely helps to keep the balance bike upright when stopped and even when the child gets off, it falls. This balance bike is NOT AT ALL SUITABLE FOR A 2-YEAR-OLD as stated in the advertisement. It would be perfect for a child aged 3 and up. This means he won't be able to use it for a few more months. Therefore, it is a lie to state that it is suitable for a 2-year-old. For this reason, I am very dissatisfied with your policy. I will therefore leave a negative review online so that other parents are not misled as I was. Thank you for your attention.
Order that was supposed to arrive between March 12 and 14, 2019, ultimately after 2 calls it arrives only on the 20th and it's not the right item. In the end, I have to fill out a form where there is a 15-day delay for processing and to find out if I can get a new one or be refunded!

Good product but zero on the delivery side
Following an order placed on the site, I am very disappointed. One expects a minimum given the price charged. Order placed for a wooden kitchen set. Many problems with all the items received: one piece where there were no screws, another received yellowed when it is supposed to be new, another piece that had 2 identical sides making it impossible to assemble, and finally one last piece that my husband had to fix because it did not fit together properly. And the worst part is that once the customer service was contacted, they sent the missing parts to a different address. It's a shame. One expects quality products but that is not the case. Customer service did do what was necessary, but it required patience.
Never again, the delivery person didn't even call me, I pay delivery fees to be delivered at home and they put a relay point instead, so I'm not nearby and of course Wesco can't do anything, I will never order there again

Very attractive site but I am extremely disappointed!! Delivery scheduled between the 17th and the 21st, I finally received my items on the 24th. I ordered 2 cots and 2 sheets, one of the cots is completely bent (this is not due to delivery, the box is intact.)
Not having received my order to date and after several phone calls, I was informed that the delivery person came to my home but could not leave the package claiming that the person who would have received it was not expecting any order. This supposedly happened during his two visits while I saw no one and received no notice or phone call from the delivery person. I contacted the carrier (the very unpleasant lady) who insisted that a notice had been left in the mailbox... The delivery is rescheduled for the 24th but on that date and until February 10th, I am abroad. So I canceled this order and kindly ask you to process my refund. Best regards, Christian Chauvet

This is the first and last time I order from you! To date, I have received no feedback!! Except for information about a response in 3 weeks!!! I'm dreaming... Santa Claus will be gone by then! So I demand a refund!!! Non-negotiable... otherwise, I won't tell you the publicity I will make for you...!! On Facebook etc... not to mention the little girl who would have the toy... luckily the competition exists!!!
Damaged package and ineffective after-sales service

The package arrived partially opened. I didn't notice it immediately. Inside, the three rattles and the catalog were missing. I am very disappointed with the Colissimo service and I hope Wesco will send me the three missing rattles...
A few minutes after validating my order, I realized that I had forgotten two products. I wanted to cancel my order (because there is no modification proposed) to add these products. Impossible to cancel because the order preparation was in progress even though I had just validated it. In total, the order was only shipped 2 days later and I only received it after 5 days. Since I have to pay shipping fees again, I will not reorder the products I wanted to add.
For now, not reliable, despite the good reputation of the items. I have not yet received a response to my complaint message, just a few days before Christmas.
Very disappointed with my order. Items refused by the carrier, package torn with a mat that was damaged and dirty as it had obviously been dragged in trucks. Packaging not sturdy. Result: an email to customer service that will process my request in 3 weeks and my floor mats that I will not be able to receive for Christmas... even though I ordered on 27/11 items in stock to be sure to have them by 24/12..

Delivery times are way too long even though I paid for my order in full on the day I placed it. Additionally, I am very disappointed with the quality of the mirror; the edges of the MDF panel are unfinished.
The package arrived damaged. I sent an email without a response and called several times: the lines are always busy.
We were supposed to be delivered on Monday, December 4th, the package was finally delivered on Thursday, November 29th. We were absent, we did not receive any phone call from the carrier, the package was delivered to a neighbor, fortunately, we get along well with them but I should not have imposed this constraint and responsibility on them in case of problems with the package.
Hello, The supplier Wesco is not at fault (although the product I initially ordered was out of stock and the restocking times were doubled compared to what was announced on the website). The company tasked by Wesco to carry out the delivery is the issue: delivery window from 9 am to 5 pm (nothing more precise) and the delivery person delivers to the street and refuses to enter your residence (he is not paid to 'take the elevator').
I am very unhappy because I ordered 4 ropes of different colors, received 4 of the same color, and the customer service kindly informs me that it is like that and not otherwise. I do not call that a 'customer service' and will try to order from a site that respects the needs of its customers.
