The delivery of my package regarding a new standard cot 130 by 54 had two issues. Regarding the ordered product, nothing to say but I am very disappointed regarding the delivery because for an order placed on a Thursday having paid €14.90 for express delivery in 24h, the package only arrived on Monday! And when we ask for explanations and a refund of the delivery costs from customer service, there is no one and no response! Really not serious!
