Regarding the site, nothing to say except that if a product is not available, it should be indicated. As for the item, nothing to say except that my order dates back to November 22 and I only received the missing item the day before yesterday (February 23) without any apology, gift, or additional item for the wait or inconvenience caused, despite having followed up with them. Moreover, Wesco sent me emails indicating delivery times or receipt dates that were not respected. A shame!!! I will not recommend and I do not recommend it. Not even a commercial gesture. Nothing.

The order I placed is not the one I received. After more than 3 weeks of discussions, I am offered a credit note that does not work as payment on the site. I have to write a check or make a transfer that does not work below 100 euros of order. Very very complicated for an online order. I am disappointed.
The site is slow, every time we want to go back or see another product, the site does not remember what we just saw and we have to retype the product name. The pages take a long time to load. I wanted to have my quote validated by the treasurer of my association, he could not do it, he had to redo a quote for himself to be able to validate the order. The delivery instructions were not transmitted to the carrier. He arrived days before the scheduled date and did not call me to inform me of his arrival, so he had to leave it in front of the door (with my agreement) because I could not be present to receive it.
I chose delivery by CHRONOPOST paying an extra cost of €15.90 for home delivery on 20/12/2022, and in fact, the delivery took place on 26/12 ... after Christmas ... This is the reason for my dissatisfaction. I would appreciate a refund of €15.90 as a goodwill gesture ...
Does not offer payment in installments for childminders, so for a 4-seater stroller, I went to another more expensive store to be able to pay over 12 months for the same reference. It's disappointing as if they only cater to nurseries, as a childminder, I don't feel recognized on their site as a professional in early childhood.

Very disappointed with the iceberg chair, I do not recommend it. We bought 2 and we are still on the second one for the ascent; the shoulder straps are not suitable and slide even when adjusted.

The customer service assured me that I would receive the gift card just after payment, which was not the case at all, I had to call customer service and create a fake gift card. The gift card is not practical to create at all.

Many bugs on the site, complicated navigation
The site: very good Delivery: average, everything was in stock according to the site and the quote, I had specified that the delivery should arrive before 23/12, it took more than a week with the carrier to arrive in 3 parts before 23/12 and in January. Some products are really borderline or even unsatisfactory in quality for intensive use in a nursery by many children.
I just received my bunk beds yesterday, one defective, no protection inside the box. I hope they will resolve this and replace it as soon as possible.

No response to an email in which I asked for news about my order, received well after Christmas, box 'stuffed' in my mailbox and patched up by the post office.
For the site, very good. But not for the delivery. I received the package dirty, covered in mud and it was punctured, so the modules had mud on them. Very disappointed with the delivery. I had to wash all the modules and there are still stains on them.
I ordered a board game for Christmas; unfortunately, it is not the right 'format' of game even though it is shown that way in the images... very disappointed...

Well-made site with lots of very interesting products despite still very high prices. Perfect delivery on time and very nice delivery person. Mixed review on the ordered product: the bed is good overall: suitable for the development of children's autonomy, bio-sourced materials, nice shape and color, practical size as there is no need to change the mattress compared to a crib... But for 200€, I would have liked a bit more quality: after 10 days of use, it is deformed because the edges do not hold up against the baby getting in and out of bed several times a day. I'm also afraid that the seams will come loose quickly. Too bad because it's Wesco material that is used in my children's nursery, it seemed solid to me; that's why I ordered from their site. I thought I was paying for quality that would serve both children (they are 1 year apart)... Today, I'm not sure that the bed will be usable for the youngest... We'll see in the long term...
The dimensions are larger than stated in the description, 127 cm instead of 120 cm, so it does not fit the mattress. The fabric seems very thin, I hope it will last over time.
Why charge for a colissimo if we are picking up our package at a relay point? A relay point that can be the post office anyway! Might as well have it delivered by the post office in that case, we use less gas!
