In general, I am always very satisfied with everything except for this last order regarding the aquarium lamp. However, I have already ordered this item without ever having any problems.
ARCHIbloc BRICKS C Very thin cardboard compared to the old Wesco bricks! They are labeled as multicolored while only one color is assigned per size of brick! It's not the same thing!!! So I ordered 40 large bricks and they all arrived blue!
Returns are too complicated and the return shipping costs are quite high for the customer. This is not normal.
Difficult to rely on the catalog, a call to your order service should not be necessary to find items/

Disappointed with the delivery time: I received my product on September 1st, it's deplorable. I don't understand how it could take more than three weeks to prepare my order and another two weeks to be delivered
Nothing to say about customer service. Here it is more about the amount of cardboard sent and plastic used for our order of 20 hedges arriving in 20 different boxes. It would have been preferable to group the hedges with as little cardboard and plastic as possible.
I am very happy with the products but not with their delivery... one of my items was supposed to arrive later, a one-week delay... I have been waiting for several weeks. I will think twice when the product is announced with a wait!
I am a childminder. I order often and find it a shame not to have a discount or a loyalty card. But I really like the products offered. Fast delivery.

Order delivered faster than the announced deadline, so I wasn't home, and to this day I don't know where my package is or if there will be another delivery attempt... A bit disappointed with the delivery. However, no issues with the site and the ordering process.
The product satisfied me. Delivery on time. For the delivery, why wasn't I informed that the package had arrived? It was left in full sun during a heatwave. The products were boiling when I found them! I am worried about keeping them and that they remain usable in the medium term.
Regarding the site, it can be a bit confusing when you don't know the product designation. But after calling, I was very well informed about what I wanted. For the delivery, it was quick, I only regret that the carrier GLS sets a time slot from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, without giving a date and does not take into account the indications mentioned during my order.

Order arrived incomplete
Rug received damaged (like cuts from a cutter). This is not surprising as it was just wrapped in transparent plastic. I made a complaint and I hope to receive a new one! My rating could be revised depending on customer service... otherwise, apart from the fact that it is damaged, the quality is top! I wanted the ivory color, it was only available in this size. Too bad.

Delivered before the desired delivery date (while on vacation). Very inconvenient when you have to pick up the package at a relay point when you don't have time to go and need the product. Misunderstanding during a call to customer service before purchase. Accessory was said to be part of the pack by the person on the phone but was not received as it is not actually part of the pack. Complicated to have to make a claim by email rather than by phone. Passed around from service to service. I still haven't managed to order the missing accessory. I believe I shouldn't have to pay shipping fees again since it wasn't my mistake and it could even have been offered to me. In short, my first experience with Wesco is not encouraging.
I did not receive the right product, diapers instead of the push cart.

A customer for years at WESCO for a community, I find that prices are always more expensive, the quality is no longer what it was and I am resorting to customer service more and more often.
