Delivery time not respected even though everything was in stock at the time of my order. Moreover, I had to contact them because there was no news.
Even though we still prefer the catalog which gives us a global view of different products more easily, the site is pleasant and easy to use. However, I have been trying since this morning (30/05/2022) to log in to establish new quotes but it's impossible: do you have site issues today?

Order arrived incomplete
Rug received damaged (like cuts from a cutter). This is not surprising as it was just wrapped in transparent plastic. I made a complaint and I hope to receive a new one! My rating could be revised depending on customer service... otherwise, apart from the fact that it is damaged, the quality is top! I wanted the ivory color, it was only available in this size. Too bad.

Delivered before the desired delivery date (while on vacation). Very inconvenient when you have to pick up the package at a relay point when you don't have time to go and need the product. Misunderstanding during a call to customer service before purchase. Accessory was said to be part of the pack by the person on the phone but was not received as it is not actually part of the pack. Complicated to have to make a claim by email rather than by phone. Passed around from service to service. I still haven't managed to order the missing accessory. I believe I shouldn't have to pay shipping fees again since it wasn't my mistake and it could even have been offered to me. In short, my first experience with Wesco is not encouraging.
I did not receive the right product, diapers instead of the push cart.
The navigation on the site went well, however, the delivery was spoiled by poor packaging; a poster tore when I took it out of the box because it was stuck to the tape of the packaging.

The site only offers quality products, but it is not very intuitive.
Very disappointed by, not the quality which seems good, but the impossibility to understand the assembly instructions. As a result, for a relatively high price, a very unsatisfactory result. I will not repeat orders for childcare equipment.

A customer for years at WESCO for a community, I find that prices are always more expensive, the quality is no longer what it was and I am resorting to customer service more and more often.

Order took a very very long time to arrive, more than 3 weeks
I have been searching for my supposedly delivered packages for 2 weeks. They actually arrived at another school in Poissy and were left there because the delivery person didn't have time to return to my school. Absolutely not happy with this delivery!!!! No issues with the products though.
I am unfortunately disappointed with the sending of my order. There was a mistake on the label regarding the printing (Name, address number..) which delayed the delivery of my order 'lack of information'.. In short, the product seems correct, but for a first order, I remain disappointed.
The delivery did not quite match my order, as out of the 9 packages ordered, only one contained the bells of the ordered size, the others were smaller, so obviously cheaper.... I am therefore disappointed with the merchandise and misled about the price....
Very slow site
Packaging needs to be reviewed. No padding for paint cans. The tops of the cans arrived all crushed. Delivery on time.
I had forgotten an item, you cannot simply add an item even though the order has not yet been placed. I had to call, wait 48 hours before redoing the order in its entirety.
The bunk arrived defective. After a week, I still have no news from customer service... unacceptable!
The products are of quality fortunately, but 1 month and a half to receive items that were supposed to be in stock is a bit long. I had to go fishing for information myself after 3 weeks, the customer service did not communicate anything to me before that date.

The products are very good but one of the ordered boards arrived damaged because the tape on the box was partly on the poster.

I bought a brachiation bar, the bar seems very solid but it is not noted on the product that wall fixings need to be added, so the price is almost doubled. I realized this when I received my package.
