The site is not clear!
Hello, one toy arrived broken, it's the tower in bio-resin. Too bad there is no gift wrapping option! The rest is okay.
Quick and easy order, however very disappointed by the dull colors of the balloons. The photos are misleading.
The order was marked as delivered, but I had not received it. The delivery address was not respected. The package was delivered to another site of the Community of Communes. Fortunately, I searched and got in touch with my colleagues, which allowed me to retrieve the order.
Used to quality products from WESCO in my work, I ordered with complete confidence but am ultimately very disappointed with my order.
The order arrived in an open plastic bag, the motor skills items were filled with black stains.
The chalks were all broken on the first delivery, regarding the second it was better but the packaging was still open and some chalks were also broken

I received my item damaged due to transport, I made a complaint on the wesco site.
Package left in front of the door. It is the entrance hall of the building, anyone could have taken it.
Some difficulties placing my order on the site
Order matches the photo but no packaging for the doll, for a gift it's very average.
Well-made site with lots of very interesting products despite still very high prices. Perfect delivery on time and very nice delivery person. Mixed review on the ordered product: the bed is good overall: suitable for the development of children's autonomy, bio-sourced materials, nice shape and color, practical size as there is no need to change the mattress compared to a crib... But for 200€, I would have liked a bit more quality: after 10 days of use, it is deformed because the edges do not hold up against the baby getting in and out of bed several times a day. I'm also afraid that the seams will come loose quickly. Too bad because it's Wesco material that is used in my children's nursery, it seemed solid to me; that's why I ordered from their site. I thought I was paying for quality that would serve both children (they are 1 year apart)... Today, I'm not sure that the bed will be usable for the youngest... We'll see in the long term...
The dimensions are larger than stated in the description, 127 cm instead of 120 cm, so it does not fit the mattress. The fabric seems very thin, I hope it will last over time.
Why charge for a colissimo if we are picking up our package at a relay point? A relay point that can be the post office anyway! Might as well have it delivered by the post office in that case, we use less gas!

The order tracking showed my order as nonexistent, so no information on the delivery. Product delivered to a pickup point for over a week without info (my order almost went back...) while the delivery was normally scheduled to home. Info obtained after contacting customer service.
Regarding the delivery, the delay was too long. No possibility to schedule a delivery before 1 month after the order, which is very unfortunate

ARCHIbloc BRICKS C Very thin cardboard compared to the old Wesco bricks! They are labeled as multicolored while only one color is assigned per size of brick! It's not the same thing!!! So I ordered 40 large bricks and they all arrived blue!
Returns are too complicated and the return shipping costs are quite high for the customer. This is not normal.

Disappointed with the delivery time: I received my product on September 1st, it's deplorable. I don't understand how it could take more than three weeks to prepare my order and another two weeks to be delivered
Nothing to say about customer service. Here it is more about the amount of cardboard sent and plastic used for our order of 20 hedges arriving in 20 different boxes. It would have been preferable to group the hedges with as little cardboard and plastic as possible.
I am very happy with the products but not with their delivery... one of my items was supposed to arrive later, a one-week delay... I have been waiting for several weeks. I will think twice when the product is announced with a wait!

Order delivered faster than the announced deadline, so I wasn't home, and to this day I don't know where my package is or if there will be another delivery attempt... A bit disappointed with the delivery. However, no issues with the site and the ordering process.
The product satisfied me. Delivery on time. For the delivery, why wasn't I informed that the package had arrived? It was left in full sun during a heatwave. The products were boiling when I found them! I am worried about keeping them and that they remain usable in the medium term.
Regarding the site, it can be a bit confusing when you don't know the product designation. But after calling, I was very well informed about what I wanted. For the delivery, it was quick, I only regret that the carrier GLS sets a time slot from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, without giving a date and does not take into account the indications mentioned during my order.
