Very disappointed with the delivery hours 8am to 6pm, we have to wait. Moreover, an item delivered in two parts. Not very well received on the phone.

We had chosen a single package order, but we ultimately received 3! And the last one arrived 2 months late. And we did not receive our bibs but 2 times the wrong ones instead. We are extremely disappointed!

I received my package but there was also something I never requested, it made an additional package, a lot of pollution and congestion for everyone! This kind of thing should never happen!

I ordered an item that is unavailable elsewhere for a reasonable price, however the shipment of my items (wooden games, one in a box and the other with packaging that reveals the game and does not protect it) was in a huge box without padding. The unprotected game is unharmed, but for the boxed one, it is punctured in 3 places by the game inside...
