Error in the content of the delivery. I did not receive any of the ordered items. Therefore, I cannot give my opinion on the products themselves but on a poor preparation of the packages.
Quality products but mediocre customer/marketing service and unreliable partial delivery that made me lose two days.

I placed an order considering the delivery and supply time which turned out to be false. So instead of receiving my order in 3 weeks, it took a full 2 months. Customer service also did not offer delivery in two parts rather than one, so I waited even for the products that were clearly in stock. Very disappointing.
Package poorly packaged, mattress edge even the box was torn, mattress cover carabiner defective, the latter gives off a very strong unbearable smell of burnt plastic, impossible to use it like the inclined plane, black mattress foam for a baby hygiene is paramount and frankly not present at all, after-sales service absent after numerous calls and emails with no response from them, it has been a month since we have been trying to reach someone without success... It's pathetic, I do not recommend at all... I who thought the brand was serious, I am extremely disappointed and will not fail to specify it.
The site itself is very good, however, the delivery and the friendliness of the representatives leave much to be desired! The site indicated my items were available, it took me over a month to receive everything! And when I called to find out where it was, the representative was more than unpleasant. I was hesitating to buy from another site and well, that's what I will do next time!

After the first wash, the bibs lost at least 4cm in height and shrank and are much less covering. Already after waiting 1 month before receiving them, I do not recommend at all. Plus, no commercial gesture for the delay. I am contacting customer service once again today.

I still haven't received my order, it's been almost 15 days and I won't receive it until Friday, so it would have been almost 20 days of waiting. I didn't get any explanations or help from customer service, so I called the carrier myself who gave me a new delivery date 1 week later. No effort was made to try to send it to me faster and no confirmation received either by email or SMS. It's really because I couldn't find a rug like this anywhere else that I'm keeping my order, otherwise I would have requested an immediate refund.

The menus are not explicit, you need to have the exact name to find what you are looking for. The sales are quite poor and do not concern the furniture.

Catastrophic delivery! I requested home delivery, the delivery person didn't even show up at my house, while I was waiting at home and left my package in a parcel relay located in a city several kilometers away. In the SMS message received, the name of the parcel relay was not indicated, only the city was specified... I had to contact customer service to get the necessary information! This is unacceptable for a delivery requested at home on a day when I was indeed at home!

Item ordered on 25/02/2018 and received on 13/03/2018. While the item was marked in stock. Even if bad weather can delay the delivery date, it is still unacceptable given the price of the items available at Wesco to have such a long delivery service.

The order sent did not correspond at all to the order placed, no control during preparation and shipping. I reported the problem to customer service who informed me that they would proceed with an exchange by sending me a prepaid label via email. 7 days later and despite follow-ups, still no label for the return nor a package corresponding to my order, even though I indicated it was a birthday gift. Customer service no longer responds to my follow-ups. I am used to online shopping but I have never seen this! For individuals, I do not recommend this site at all, regardless of the quality of Wesco products.
No understanding from customer service, billing service.
A total mess for the delivery: supposedly you can choose your day. I requested January 15. The customer service contacted by phone for something else told me that it would actually be between the 15th and the 17th, but that I would be informed by the carrier the day before. Consequently, WITHOUT WARNING, the carrier delivered on the 13th, at the moment I was supposed to leave, which made me late for the rest of my day... And we can say I was lucky because 5 minutes later I would not have been delivered.
Overall, I am very dissatisfied with Wesco!!! defective products, long delivery time, excessive prices!!! Moreover, the sales representative is really bad, does not know her clients and does not follow her orders. This is my 3rd nursery, for the others, I will definitely switch to the competition
