Catastrophic delivery! I requested home delivery, the delivery person didn't even show up at my house, while I was waiting at home and left my package in a parcel relay located in a city several kilometers away. In the SMS message received, the name of the parcel relay was not indicated, only the city was specified... I had to contact customer service to get the necessary information! This is unacceptable for a delivery requested at home on a day when I was indeed at home!
Our logistics service has been informed of this situation and will take the necessary measures to ensure that this does not happen again.
Delivery time doubled compared to the initial announcement (almost 1 month) / no information from customer service, no commercial gesture ... very disappointed by their lack of consideration
Item ordered on 25/02/2018 and received on 13/03/2018. While the item was marked in stock. Even if bad weather can delay the delivery date, it is still unacceptable given the price of the items available at Wesco to have such a long delivery service.

The order sent did not correspond at all to the order placed, no control during preparation and shipping. I reported the problem to customer service who informed me that they would proceed with an exchange by sending me a prepaid label via email. 7 days later and despite follow-ups, still no label for the return nor a package corresponding to my order, even though I indicated it was a birthday gift. Customer service no longer responds to my follow-ups. I am used to online shopping but I have never seen this! For individuals, I do not recommend this site at all, regardless of the quality of Wesco products.
No understanding from customer service, billing service.
A total mess for the delivery: supposedly you can choose your day. I requested January 15. The customer service contacted by phone for something else told me that it would actually be between the 15th and the 17th, but that I would be informed by the carrier the day before. Consequently, WITHOUT WARNING, the carrier delivered on the 13th, at the moment I was supposed to leave, which made me late for the rest of my day... And we can say I was lucky because 5 minutes later I would not have been delivered.
Overall, I am very dissatisfied with Wesco!!! defective products, long delivery time, excessive prices!!! Moreover, the sales representative is really bad, does not know her clients and does not follow her orders. This is my 3rd nursery, for the others, I will definitely switch to the competition
