Pleasant site and easy to navigate
Navigation is always a bit slow. availability delay not anticipated.
The products are of good quality but the delivery is mediocre. Several delivery issues noted for a single order.
First time disappointed by WESCO. Missing a part. Hoping for a quick response from customer service
Package arrived damaged. The table is to be assembled of course, but the screws are missing. We hope to receive them as soon as possible.
Thank you for checking the colors when we ordered 2 blue stools and received one blue and one violet.
The plastic of the clock is scratched, otherwise the reception went well.
The site is very good. The customer service is also very good. Big delivery issues (2 months wait while the item was in stock at the time of order) Otherwise the products are great and of very good quality
The products are very good, however I am not too happy with the rest. The products arrive packaged in large bags and are very dirty, some have very difficult black stains to remove, some stains simply do not come off and are ingrained. I didn't even contact customer service because for my last order I received a block with a damaged corner, okay really very slightly damaged but when you see the price I would have hoped everything to be impeccable. Customer service did not respond to me. Too bad because the products are good.
Impeccable website, easy to navigate, I received the order 1 week later and very satisfied with both products (cot bed + fitted sheet) of very good quality, I know these products very well being a former nursery assistant and now a childminder. However, I have a complaint about the delivery, the delivery person was really not friendly at all either on the phone or at delivery, barely a 'hello' and no 'goodbye' either (politeness is something essential that we teach children) if he doesn't like his job he should change it immediately, it would be better for everyone!
For this order, the delivery time was really too long. Ordered for Christmas, it arrived at the end of January.

Error in the order with barriers that are not the right color. One of the barriers arrived broken (maybe the carrier).
Overall satisfied but small disappointments on details that lower the rating.
Unfortunately, 2 of the 3 ordered drums arrived damaged and will require an exchange or return.
I placed my order to see it before Christmas as planned, but unfortunately, I received it at the beginning of January.
The delivery was much longer than expected. And the baby module kit does not fit together. For the price, it's really exaggerated.

Regarding the site and navigation, I find it not very intuitive and sometimes difficult to find an item.
It's a supplier for communities so I thought the toys would be sturdy and of good quality, but for musical instruments, I will now turn to other sites
Preparation too long, numerous messages telling me to finalize my order when it was finished and paid for several days ago
I DID NOT RECEIVE THE ORDERED MODEL BUT ANOTHER FROM THE SAME BRAND, WITHOUT INFORMING ME, NOR TELLING ME THAT THEY DID NOT HAVE MY PRODUCT.. AFTER COMPLAINT, I WAS TOLD THAT THE ONE DELIVERED MIGHT BE SUITABLE, THEN NO MORE NEWS, NO INFORMATION ON THIS DELIVERY ERROR, NO OFFER OF REFUND..
Pretty but expensive. It's for Christmas so it should be asked again in a month after observing the child with it.

We had a problem with the delivery. The delivery person did not call us while we were on site and we had to go to a delivery point, which is a shame, I don't see why we give our phone numbers if we are not called.....
More than a month for an order. Ordered on November 6, received on December 8, and this without any intermediate information from WESCO. So, bad rating.
Products still not received, however, and no tracking
Very disappointed because all the clothes taken for the doll are either too big or really too small. I am from Tahiti and it is impossible to return the doll clothes before this Christmas to dress the doll.
Long to receive the order. A first shipment containing the catalog (paid). This was not justified in my opinion. The catalog could have been delivered with the rugs.
I have made several orders in recent months for the quality of the products. However, I think I will stop ordering because I can never create an account which would certainly offer me discounts.

Well-presented site but the manufacturing locations are not indicated
2 packages out of 3 with broken contents. I am still waiting for the replacement while I needed these items so I find myself penalized. One item broke after only 3 uses (empty and apple slicer). Really disappointed with this order. I have lost time and money.
Quality service to improve
Concern about a product reported on Sunday... it is now Thursday and no callback or email from them. The products are good but the customer service leaves much to be desired... My daughter will probably have a damaged Christmas gift
