Delivered before the desired delivery date (while on vacation). Very inconvenient when you have to pick up the package at a relay point when you don't have time to go and need the product. Misunderstanding during a call to customer service before purchase. Accessory was said to be part of the pack by the person on the phone but was not received as it is not actually part of the pack. Complicated to have to make a claim by email rather than by phone. Passed around from service to service. I still haven't managed to order the missing accessory.
