Regarding the site and navigation, I find it not very intuitive and sometimes difficult to find an item.
It's a supplier for communities so I thought the toys would be sturdy and of good quality, but for musical instruments, I will now turn to other sites
Preparation too long, numerous messages telling me to finalize my order when it was finished and paid for several days ago
I DID NOT RECEIVE THE ORDERED MODEL BUT ANOTHER FROM THE SAME BRAND, WITHOUT INFORMING ME, NOR TELLING ME THAT THEY DID NOT HAVE MY PRODUCT.. AFTER COMPLAINT, I WAS TOLD THAT THE ONE DELIVERED MIGHT BE SUITABLE, THEN NO MORE NEWS, NO INFORMATION ON THIS DELIVERY ERROR, NO OFFER OF REFUND..
Pretty but expensive. It's for Christmas so it should be asked again in a month after observing the child with it.
Package delivered to another address, I had to go pick it up
We had a problem with the delivery. The delivery person did not call us while we were on site and we had to go to a delivery point, which is a shame, I don't see why we give our phone numbers if we are not called.....
More than a month for an order. Ordered on November 6, received on December 8, and this without any intermediate information from WESCO. So, bad rating.
Products still not received, however, and no tracking
Very disappointed because all the clothes taken for the doll are either too big or really too small. I am from Tahiti and it is impossible to return the doll clothes before this Christmas to dress the doll.
Long to receive the order. A first shipment containing the catalog (paid). This was not justified in my opinion. The catalog could have been delivered with the rugs.

2 packages out of 3 with broken contents. I am still waiting for the replacement while I needed these items so I find myself penalized. One item broke after only 3 uses (empty and apple slicer). Really disappointed with this order. I have lost time and money.
Quality service to improve
Concern about a product reported on Sunday... it is now Thursday and no callback or email from them. The products are good but the customer service leaves much to be desired... My daughter will probably have a damaged Christmas gift
Delivery of the wrong product which apparently does not exist in the catalog (the description - including on the order form or invoice being incorrect: it is not 3 in 1 glue varnish but 4 in 1 Pouring. Tedious return for refund

I expected to receive the names of the animals on the back of the cards, but nothing. Only 2 blank sheets with self-adhesive labels. But no list of names. It's up to us to find out!!!
Damaged package.
The waiting time!! Very long!! Between the moment of the order and the delivery!! It is also unfortunate that the provider does not call to schedule a day and time for delivery. I stayed three days waiting without being able to go out because a date range had been given to me, and of course three lost days because delivered much later!

Not always easy to find what you're looking for
After an order that I had to pay 4 times and then call customer service, I finally managed to order the children's bike handles! (Bank problem according to customer service, personally I lean more towards a payment platform problem because this never happens to me elsewhere) Delivery and waiting for the order is very, very long! Delivery requested and desired at a specific moment, ultimately to be picked up at the Post Office. In short, a very disappointing customer experience.

Very disappointed by the lack of communication from the brand. More than 2 months delay when that was not what was announced. Delivery postponed without being warned and no compensation even though it was a birth gift. This is not professional.
The products are of good quality and the choice is really important, but the customer service really leaves something to be desired in some aspects. It is incomprehensible not to be able to easily modify or cancel an order on an online site within hours of placing it.
The packaging of the benches leaves much to be desired, lacking protection. Packaging was greasy due to the carrier, who was also not friendly, respectful, or polite, they threw the packages on the ground. Billing error inside the package.

Several orders with a lot of delays and still in delivery for several weeks! Products marked as available on the site and after ordering, we are informed that the items are unavailable.
Waste of time because my cart did not remain in memory
I am very unhappy with the delivery. I was told before the 12th, I was delivered on the 13th, I requested a time slot. The gentleman from the appointment scheduling told me: 'I don't care, it's my last day.' He said the delivery person would notify me by text an hour before. He came without warning. I told him that his attitude harmed the Wesco brand that I know well. In short, I lost a day of work. The rug therefore costs me very dearly. I wish to be compensated in one way or another.
