I expected to receive the names of the animals on the back of the cards, but nothing. Only 2 blank sheets with self-adhesive labels. But no list of names. It's up to us to find out!!!
Damaged package.
The waiting time!! Very long!! Between the moment of the order and the delivery!! It is also unfortunate that the provider does not call to schedule a day and time for delivery. I stayed three days waiting without being able to go out because a date range had been given to me, and of course three lost days because delivered much later!

Not always easy to find what you're looking for
After an order that I had to pay 4 times and then call customer service, I finally managed to order the children's bike handles! (Bank problem according to customer service, personally I lean more towards a payment platform problem because this never happens to me elsewhere) Delivery and waiting for the order is very, very long! Delivery requested and desired at a specific moment, ultimately to be picked up at the Post Office. In short, a very disappointing customer experience.

Very disappointed by the lack of communication from the brand. More than 2 months delay when that was not what was announced. Delivery postponed without being warned and no compensation even though it was a birth gift. This is not professional.
The products are of good quality and the choice is really important, but the customer service really leaves something to be desired in some aspects. It is incomprehensible not to be able to easily modify or cancel an order on an online site within hours of placing it.

Several orders with a lot of delays and still in delivery for several weeks! Products marked as available on the site and after ordering, we are informed that the items are unavailable.
Waste of time because my cart did not remain in memory
I am very unhappy with the delivery. I was told before the 12th, I was delivered on the 13th, I requested a time slot. The gentleman from the appointment scheduling told me: 'I don't care, it's my last day.' He said the delivery person would notify me by text an hour before. He came without warning. I told him that his attitude harmed the Wesco brand that I know well. In short, I lost a day of work. The rug therefore costs me very dearly. I wish to be compensated in one way or another. I agree to be contacted by phone.
Clear and easy site, good products but delivery time issues.
No issues in terms of material quality and yes, the price is probably justified, but for childminders, it's unfortunate that equipping is very expensive. We should be considered as professionals in early childhood (which we are) to have benefits and discounts.
Broken goods upon delivery
I am mixed, the item is compliant but the delivery was made several days after the date announced by Wesco and with great difficulty with the delivery company that does not like individuals (zigler). The invoice was also not issued by Wesco which poses a problem for me because it is professional equipment, there is a big lack of professionalism on the part of Wesco!
The package was not delivered to the correct address, nor on the scheduled date, and I have not yet retrieved it... I had indicated a different address for delivery and billing.
Between 2 and 3 stars for now... I have a mixed opinion. I submitted my request to customer service via the contact form a few days ago (with my order number etc...) and I'm waiting for their response. My daughter's mattress is 13 cm high but the Wesco mattress cover is only suitable for mattresses that are 10 cm high or less (information not present in the product description at the time of purchase) so I am unable to properly close the cover around my daughter's mattress. Additionally, I still haven't unpacked the second cover (as I ordered 2 identical products) not knowing if I will have to return it to Wesco. It's not easy to use just one cover for daily use. I reordered clips for hoops due to a mistake by Wesco in a previous order (2 bags for sticks received instead of 1 for sticks + 1 for hoops - as clearly indicated on the order, no doubt). This time I ordered 2 bags for hoops, which were the only ones available during my order... and it was transcribed by the code for clips for sticks!!! So now I have 4 sets of clips for sticks... and still nothing for my hoops. For the rest of the order - as is generally the case for old orders - no problem.
Attractive products. Disappointment regarding the size of eco cars.
Obvious defects on some products. Wobbly chair, damaged table. Despite several letters and calls, no response from customer service. Very disappointing.
No problem with the presentation and delivery of your products, but regarding what I ordered - an assortment of 25 sheets of 160 g cardboard in 10 colors - it is incomplete and does not match the description composition.
Average navigation. Keyword searches are too narrow. Had to struggle a bit to find the wooden bed.
Received a changing mat in a simple plastic packaging that was torn. Fortunately, there was no damage to the mat. In the future, please review the packaging with more care.

Partially satisfied. The threads meet my expectations. However, 4 were missing and 4 were stuck together. Furthermore, it would be good to give us the choice of delivery as I am very dissatisfied with Colissimo's services.
The order was received quite quickly but the product was delivered without fittings. It is stated in the delivery section 'delivered without fittings' but not knowing that the said 'fittings' were the fasteners, I did not pay attention to it. Mistake!!! €40 for fittings, competitors are much cheaper for equivalent quality.
