Easy navigation on the site. Very friendly and professional phone assistance. However, there were issues during delivery. I contacted the carrier myself after a week because the merchandise was still at the dock. They did not deliver because they did not have my phone number. I checked, it is indeed indicated in my Wesco customer account. So there was an error on your part regarding communication with the carrier.
I would have really liked to leave a good comment but I ordered on September 26, it is now November 6 and I still do not have my order. I have called customer service at least ten times but nothing has worked. Should I contact fraud prevention?

After an order that I had to pay 4 times and then call customer service, I finally managed to order the children's bike handles! (Bank problem according to customer service, personally I lean more towards a payment platform problem because this never happens to me elsewhere) Delivery and waiting for the order is very, very long! Delivery requested and desired at a specific moment, ultimately to be picked up at the Post Office. In short, a very disappointing customer experience.
I AM a bit disappointed with the quotes, because 2% less is not much for a stroller at 699 EUROS, for a childcare assistant it's a big budget.
