Product ordered in April and delivered in August! Product left in the garden! Without prior notice of passage
Longer delay than competitors for the same service 3 weeks unfortunately… Otherwise, the products correspond to the description even if a bit thin
I have always been satisfied with my wesco orders but for this order, I am very disappointed. When unpacking my package, I noticed that the packaging of my fiber optic lamp was damp. At first glance, nothing special except that the lamp is a bit sticky. It turned out that it leaks slightly (marks on the furniture and rust color underneath the lamp.)
Partially delivered order. Not great for a gift
The delivery took place during lunchtime, so I was not present and found the package in my office when I arrived at 1:30 PM!
The site is quite complete, but not always explanatory.

Quality of the products is very satisfactory, even if this time, my rugs were delivered folded (the previous ones were not) and tend to strongly retain the marks of the folds. Moreover, the delivery person was clearly in a hurry as he entered my yard by himself, threw the rugs on the ground, did not wait for me to come out, and handed me the delivery note through the window for me to sign. The site lacks intuitiveness.
Very dissatisfied with Wesco. Availability deadlines not respected at Wesco. Notification of delivery addresses is absurd. Delivery tracking is very insufficient. 15 days stuck at my personal home due to contradictory emails. And on the other hand, a requirement for advance payment without any discount! However, the delivery person was efficient and did their best to rectify the poor delivery instructions.
More than a month to receive my order ?????
Friendly welcome but poor organization and management when there is a large order. We are still waiting for products that arrive drop by drop. It's poorly managed and delivery times are not respected. Too bad! Disappointed
Complicated locker to assemble, unclear instructions on the different elements. I had to order the hooks separately, nothing is specified on the site.
Delivery in 1 week, expensive products even for made in France.
The items are of good quality but the delivery company was not very careful. My large plain sewn mat received a cut from a cutter that damaged the packaging and the mat. It is not completely cut but has taken a hit which weakens it!! Too bad for me, I saw it after unpacking because as a childminder, I was with my little ones when I received the package! So I didn't take the time to check everything.

Assembly instructions very poorly explained. The furniture is too high.
The delivery person came at 12:45 while the agreed time by phone was between 14:00 and 16:00. The rug is stained with red marker marks that went through the plastic. Stains that won't come out...

Delivery system via Chronopost is unreliable. Delivery times and indications were not respected (ultimately delivery to a relay point far from my home) for a cost higher than a standard delivery.
I thought to place a group order and it would be delivered without any issues, I have no idea when the bed will be delivered, which puts me in a very delicate situation because I am a childminder and it complicates my work enormously.

Very very disappointed with customer service. After realizing that I had made a mistake in my order, I contacted the service. Impossible to modify my order placed a few minutes before. I was told that I had to cancel the order and place another one and that no, they could not help me, it was up to me to do it alone. I placed a new order but couldn't find how to cancel the first one. So I gave up but I am very disappointed. Three days later, I received a Wesco catalog in my mailbox announcing that shipping costs have been free for 15 days. Do you think customer service would have informed me?!?

Recently I placed an order and on the site I appreciated being able to choose a different date because it was for my grandson's birthday. But this was not taken into account and I regret it. Scratched furniture, incomplete order, impossible to assemble the furniture due to missing parts
I ordered 3 references of brushes for my professional use. I received the wrong references for more than half of the items by mistake. It took several messages, photos to support, and numerous follow-ups to get responses. Finally, after all, a month later, customer service sent the correct references at their expense. I am generally satisfied... but for a first order for professional purposes, it does not allow for establishing an optimal trust relationship..
No protection for the package in a simple dirty plastic.
On your site, this bike was indicated as made in Europe. Surprise on the box, it says Made in China??? Displeasing effect guaranteed... Only my little girl's birthday prevented me from returning it to you. Please be honest about your descriptions.
