For the bibs, delivery time was very long.
The items perfectly match our expectations, however they arrived damaged because they were very poorly packaged, no bubble wrap or polystyrene, the boxes arrived torn!!!!! It's a shame

I have nothing to say about the management of the site, my order went very well, the deadlines were respected. However, regarding the package I received, I am very disappointed with the condition in which I received my package. The first package was all correct but the second one, the box was really damaged already, I suspected that inside it wouldn't be great... and it didn't fail. I ordered 1L paints... and one of the jars simply exploded in the package. Result: the yellow bottle and a quarter emptied. Aside from this bad experience, I am overall satisfied. Maybe improve the sturdiness of the delivery boxes when what we order is heavy.

This is the second time that the pouch containing the Kamishibai book is torn, so in the package. This is not a delivery issue but rather, I think, during packaging and since it's for a gift, it's still frustrating.
The delivery took a while with an increased level of stress when I read that my order had been delivered correctly while I hadn't actually received anything yet!!

The site is relatively easy to use, the carrier did not respect the delivery time, no call for an appointment either. Thanks to the after-sales service at Wesco for taking care of the necessary with the carrier.

Really I am disappointed. The package was not securely packed enough and the purchased gouache was leaking out of the package. Too bad because the products are excellent. Packaging for shipments needs to be reviewed!

Nothing to say about the ordered item (as per the catalog). However, there was a delay in delivery, an issue with the payment request, and especially, a very unpleasant message regarding a payment delay that is not my fault (hard to pay before Wesco invoices...)

The packaging of items for delivery should be improved. However, I recommend the quality of your products. The items are very practical for professional use.
Very good products. However, the packaging of some products should be improved as the plastic-only packaging tears easily. Items can get dirty or even damaged during transport.

Hello, for my first order, I am disappointed because for a 24-hour delivery, I did not receive my ordered items but an item that had nothing to do with it. I had to send an email to get a response from you the next day and receive my ordered package in 24 hours, the next day.

Good management regarding the order, it was still a large order, and the delivery times. However, a major negative point is the packaging of the package. The package was not very well packaged, it suffered some damage during transport, it even opened a bit. Inside the package, some items were also a bit damaged during transport, and they were not very well protected either.
