You need to know your products well to find them. Not very intuitive.
No news following my complaint from last week...
Nothing to say about the ordered item (as per the catalog). However, there was a delay in delivery, an issue with the payment request, and especially, a very unpleasant message regarding a payment delay that is not my fault (hard to pay before Wesco invoices...)
The visibility of products is not always clear on the site and availability times can sometimes be very long.

Navigating the site with a mobile phone is quite tedious. The delivery was catastrophic with packages thrown from the other side of my garden gate in the rain. One of the products was delivered with bottles half full.

I was not informed that the package would arrive in two parts, so I thought the chairs were lost and I did not receive any information from you.
I was unlucky, my package got lost and the baby paint was missing, which was sent to me after my complaint. The second package with cardboard bricks arrived, and 3 were missing, and one was damaged. Customer service is supposed to send me the 4 bricks. In conclusion, customer service works well, but it would be better to receive complete orders from the first shipment. I am disappointed, but Wesco products are of good quality.

This order of a cot is a quality product. Too bad for my last order, the gastronomic kitchen from November 4, 2020, a board is missing to assemble part of the kitchen and a board of the wrong color. The quality is top... but after contacting customer service, nothing is moving... 1 month later (December 2020) I am still asked to wait until January 2021 to ask again if the boards will be available to finally assemble my kitchen for the children.... given the price paid, this is not correct at all, it is really very disappointing..... because I really appreciate their products.... disappointed not to have it completely finished for Christmas.
