Delivery time too long

Logic game Sleeping Beauty: upon unpacking, the box was torn and already open + absence of protective plastic film around the box, nothing seems to be missing at first glance but not great for a Christmas gift

Out of 2 items, only one is of good quality, the other is very disappointing.

Not happy when I received the package. It was opened. Module inside was dirty and one module was missing.

The site is well designed, fast and careful delivery.

Wooden ring toss too fragile for school

I have always been very happy with Wesco. I received my order but one item worth 25 euros is missing and for now, customer service is not responding so I am waiting to see!!!

I think the site could be optimized for better navigation and especially better search because on phone or tablet it is not practical.

I bought some plaster for my son. They are tiny! One of them is half the size of my little finger! Anyway, I won't buy from this site again

While the navigation on the site is not bad, the delivery times are way too long, I just received an order placed two and a half months ago... No news by email to inform me of the progress of my order and no possibility to contact anyone on the website, I sent a request several times to which no one ever responded...

I received a completely detached cot underneath.

Bed available only in wood. Assembly of the bed barrier very complicated and poorly explained in the instructions. Quality of the screws needs to be reviewed. The assembly key is not suitable for the location of the screws. Very dissatisfied with the delivery service that delivered the 6 beds in front of the nursery door during lunch!! 350kg to carry for parents to access and in case of fire: an inaccessible emergency exit! We wanted them to be dropped off in the building next door, but the delivery person didn't have time!! Convenient to make a delivery without a signature, which allows them not to have to wait for the person in charge of the structure.

Hello, I requested to be delivered on October 1st and not September 24th. Anyone could have taken my order. Some items from my order could have been missing. The people I work with were honest and left everything intact. Thank you for paying attention to the noted comments. Have a nice day

Many interesting items but sometimes a bit expensive in terms of quality-price... Impossible to combine the birthday discounts of my twins... really a shame...

Very long delivery to arrive

Incompetent delivery person who contacts me by phone to ask for directions. I guide him and cross paths with him on foot a few meters from my home as I was picking up my children from school. He stops, I tell him no, I have my children, please leave the package in front of my house, at worst we arrived at the same time. He insists, telling me that it’s not heavy, that the package weighs only 4 kilos. I tell him no, I have my children. He insisted, he ended up annoying me and I told him it's fine, I'll take the package to avoid making a scene in front of my children in the middle of the street.

Delay to receive the order relatively long

The mattress is very good, in accordance with the description. Shipping was a bit long, but what is this carrier?? I would avoid them, it would discourage me from ordering again.

The order arrived late. I needed the cookie cutters for the activity with the kids last Wednesday, but I only received them afterwards, contrary to what was planned.

Navigating the site is functional, but delivery is more complicated and more uncertain, however, within very reasonable timeframes.

The site is easy to use, I ordered a dragon and a set of knights from this site as they were unavailable in stores. During delivery, I only received one of the two ordered products with no paper in the mailbox allowing me to pick up the rest of my package at the post office. I reported this to Wesco, who just sent me the invoice by email without any explanations or anything... At the post office, they told me that the package had been delivered and that nothing was pending. I had to contact Wesco again, changing my tone to get what I had paid for. They then sent me a new package with the other part of my order. Let's see if I receive it... Disappointed with the customer service, which was not very responsive and not inclined to help. I am torn regarding my first order on this site, by far my best experience.
