My order placed on 22/11/20 arrived in early January 2021, so after Christmas...big disappointment in front of the tree!!! no compensation from you except for a small apology note!

Disappointed with one of the two products.
Good management regarding the order, it was still a large order, and the delivery times. However, a major negative point is the packaging of the package. The package was not very well packaged, it suffered some damage during transport, it even opened a bit. Inside the package, some items were also a bit damaged during transport, and they were not very well protected either.
In the pack of 6 large 19 cm balloons, there are 2 red balloons (no orange).
Intuitive website. Simple to place an order. However, the delivery was laborious: under the pretext of an allegedly incomplete address, we received SMS and emails from GLS, but not a single phone call. Sorry to live in the countryside with a hamlet name that is not listed. Only your services contacted us to resolve this issue, but without success with GLS.

The cutlery was thrown loosely in the box without any protection, even the box itself. This is unacceptable during COVID times and for a company that works with nurseries. The box was three times too big for the contents. Really very disappointed, I wanted to order a hammock nest and a chair for my daughter from you, but that's not going to be possible. Navigating the site with a mobile phone is quite tedious. The delivery was catastrophic with packages thrown from the other side of my garden gate in the rain. One of the products was delivered with bottles half full.

I was not informed that the package would arrive in two parts, so I thought the chairs were lost and I did not receive any information from you.
I was unlucky, my package got lost and the baby paint was missing, which was sent to me after my complaint. The second package with cardboard bricks arrived, and 3 were missing, and one was damaged. Customer service is supposed to send me the 4 bricks. In conclusion, customer service works well, but it would be better to receive complete orders from the first shipment. I am disappointed, but Wesco products are of good quality.

This order of a cot is a quality product. Too bad for my last order, the gastronomic kitchen from November 4, 2020, a board is missing to assemble part of the kitchen and a board of the wrong color. The quality is top... but after contacting customer service, nothing is moving... 1 month later (December 2020) I am still asked to wait until January 2021 to ask again if the boards will be available to finally assemble my kitchen for the children.... given the price paid, this is not correct at all, it is really very disappointing..... because I really appreciate their products.... disappointed not to have it completely finished for Christmas.
