Incompetent delivery person who contacts me by phone to ask for directions. I guide him and cross paths with him on foot a few meters from my home as I was picking up my children from school. He stops, I tell him no, I have my children, please leave the package in front of my house, at worst we arrived at the same time. He insists, telling me that it’s not heavy, that the package weighs only 4 kilos. I tell him no, I have my children. He insisted, he ended up annoying me and I told him it's fine, I'll take the package to avoid making a scene in front of my children in the middle of the street.
Delay to receive the order relatively long
The mattress is very good, in accordance with the description. Shipping was a bit long, but what is this carrier?? I would avoid them, it would discourage me from ordering again.

Navigating the site is functional, but delivery is more complicated and more uncertain, however, within very reasonable timeframes.
The site is easy to use, I ordered a dragon and a set of knights from this site as they were unavailable in stores. During delivery, I only received one of the two ordered products with no paper in the mailbox allowing me to pick up the rest of my package at the post office. I reported this to Wesco, who just sent me the invoice by email without any explanations or anything... At the post office, they told me that the package had been delivered and that nothing was pending. I had to contact Wesco again, changing my tone to get what I had paid for. They then sent me a new package with the other part of my order. Let's see if I receive it... Disappointed with the customer service, which was not very responsive and not inclined to help. I am torn regarding my first order on this site, by far my best experience.

I was not on the site to order, but the delivery was a bit delayed and the bottoms of the boxes were damp.
Impossible to reach the site. The delivery was supposed to be scheduled between the 26th and 28th. It is the 2nd of the following month and still no news, not even an email.....

Problem with a very damaged carpet, big holes in the middle. This could not have gone unnoticed. I have not heard back about the return, I sent you 2 emails.

Perfect site and order, however, the delivery is to be deplored. I received a message saying I would receive the bed between 12 PM and 2 PM. The delivery person came at 10 AM, called me, and said he was there. I asked him to come back between 12 PM and 2 PM, he refused and said he would leave a notice of passage. I asked him to respect the indicated time in the message, he refused. I had to manage with my neighbors to intercept my package. It's a shame

Disappointed by the quality
Very good products, in line with our expectations. Nice quality. However, we are very disappointed with the delivery. We requested 'home delivery', but after waiting (3/4 days) and a phone call (10 minutes of voicemail), I ultimately had to go to the Ziegler warehouses so my son could have his gift on time (1st birthday!)

I am happy to have received my purchases. However, I am quite disappointed with the delivery. The packaging was of poor quality and a can of paint must have been lost among the twelve I ordered...(The three boxes exploded).
After a very long delivery delay, the merchandise arrived defective. 15 days of exchange with customer service to ultimately return the merchandise and an additional week to receive the refund for it.
