Delivery delayed from the same order.

Too much waiting for delivery. The shipping cost is expensive.

I was informed a bit late about the out-of-stock status of 2 ordered products, which are for my professional use...

I only received part of my order (the mattresses) but no news about the fitted sheets....

The package was torn on both sides, but all the pieces were well packed inside the package.

Material compliant with the order, but delivery time much too long!

Easy order to make, quick and efficient delivery at home, the products are true to the image proposed on the site.

I ordered paint and received it damaged. One of the 3 stencils I did not receive and I was told that I received everything at the same time, I am disappointed.

There was a delay in delivery, not received on the initially scheduled date and one product where I am disappointed because it is really too small!!!

Do you intend to sell less plastic?

Not easy when you are not an internet user. For example, for the sleeping bag, I wanted sky blue and I made a mistake because it arrived green.

Lack of simplicity.

Bad packaging, the package arrived torn. The bottle was rolling around in the package.

Very good site, very good product, but a downside to the delivery, I was asked for a phone number to contact the recipient who was different from me, but the delivery person only had my phone number... a bit awkward when you live 700 km away...

Some products do not correspond to their intended use. Availability times are not always clearly indicated

Good but a bit disappointed because I had ordered a somewhat expensive bed and I had asked to make two checks over the phone, I was told yes and then it was no longer possible but otherwise very good

I suppose the crisis did not have a positive effect on transactions, however I had placed my order well before the start of the lockdown and I had to wait two months to receive my delivery. I wasn't sure it was priority... moreover, one of the two jugs was broken and the package was open before its arrival. In short, not great! The product is good though.

Incomplete order. Customer service contacted but I still have no response to this day.

Order placed at the end of February 2020 and delivery made on May 15, 2020, which means a wait of nearly 3 months: too late

The carrier asked to pick up the packages from the truck, while I am a childminder and cannot leave my home when I am working. This was not specified during the order.

Error on the color of the ball, my son wanted a blue one and we received a purple one. And very very disappointed with the giant beads as some do not clip; poor finishes. We are waiting for a commercial gesture from you, hoping for a favorable response. Regards, MME SCHNEIDER..

Complicated to find the age (when you click you end up on the size of objects but that of clothing) corresponding to the cm of the blouses

Fast shipping and received much earlier than expected. Unfortunately, one of the paint bottles opened in one of the packages!! Packaging needs to be reviewed!!

The wall bar attachments were missing. At no point was it mentioned that they were not provided. I had to place a second order. Bad surprise for my wallet...

A paint can leaked in the package which was returned... so disappointed.

Not a practical site, I ordered a green 130 cm motor skills mat and received a blue mat twice that I did not order.

Package arrived open at a company at 3 rue de my planned delivery location. Phew, everything was there. Change your delivery service provider.

I had ordered a box of large chalks. The plastic box arrived broken, and all the chalks were also broken. What a disappointment for my children!

I am a childminder and the site wouldn't accept my email when I noted 'childminder', but when I just put my name, it accepted my order.

I requested a 24-hour delivery that I paid €15 for. Before the Covid crisis, the package arrived 4 days later. No problem with the rest.

Packaging problem: the package - too large for the content - arrived in very bad condition and was repaired by postal services. The content was intact.
