Order of an item that ultimately is not in stock, they charged me the total shipping fees for a small item that I had added to my order in passing, ultimately the main item was not restocked and I requested to cancel my order. Poor communication, they could have at least warned me before sending an order and a truck for a plastic watering can... too bad
They should check what they sell.
I ordered a Butai with 2 Kamishibai stories, I received the package in two parts; I went on vacation and didn't open it right away upon my return otherwise I would have returned it. Unfortunately, their return policy is within 20 days. The Butai is not designed to hold the reading boards, it is too big so it doesn't look nice, it looks patched up because the boards are shorter. I am extremely surprised by this mix-up and lack of seriousness, really disappointed.
I am almost satisfied with my order, unfortunately my set of trays in color is damaged on the corner!
I am missing the wall mounts for my bar. Therefore, I still cannot fix it. I am waiting for news from customer service but I still have no information.

Quality product but it is a pity that childminders do not have a discount. The products are very good but the decreasing prices are more suited for communities.

The delivery person doesn't even come to deliver to my home, he calls and I have to go pick it up. I am a childminder working from home with 4 babies in care, luckily it's vacation time because my 13-year-old daughter has to go down to pick up the package. I understand that precautions need to be taken due to COVID, but still, we need to apply barrier gestures and it works.

Wesco products are very good. However, the delivery needs to be reviewed. Independent carrier did not come on the scheduled date. As a result, I was absent and the driver wanted to throw my order over my gate!! I told him that he had no interest in doing that. I had to ask my neighbor to receive it because he did not want to come back later!!

I placed my order on June 8, it was shipped on June 10 (I was tracking the package online). But I only received the package on June 25 (probably due to Covid-19, which I completely understand). However, what I don't understand is that the box containing my crib bumper is crushed (open on the side, I can even see the crib bumper which is black and all scratched) I told the delivery person that I would not take this package (he doesn't speak French well) and he said, 'Yes, yes madam, you have to take it.' I debated a bit with him but there was nothing more to do, I had to go down with my son in my arms because he didn't want to go up to the 4th floor (I have a working elevator by the way) anyway, I told him I would take it but that I would write on the receipt that it was in poor condition, he told me 'just the name and a signature.' I started to write about the condition of the package when he snatched the receipt from my hands! Annoyed and holding my son in my arms, I didn't know what else to do but give in... the carrier Heppner does his job poorly, change the delivery person/carrier. It's unacceptable! Otherwise, the products seem to be of good quality to see in the long term, it matches the photo, no strange smell or anything, I just wait to see the results of my emails and photos to know if there will be compensation.

I ordered paint and received it damaged. One of the 3 stencils I did not receive and I was told that I received everything at the same time, I am disappointed.
There was a delay in delivery, not received on the initially scheduled date and one product where I am disappointed because it is really too small!!!

Not easy when you are not an internet user. For example, for the sleeping bag, I wanted sky blue and I made a mistake because it arrived green.

Very good site, very good product, but a downside to the delivery, I was asked for a phone number to contact the recipient who was different from me, but the delivery person only had my phone number... a bit awkward when you live 700 km away...

Good but a bit disappointed because I had ordered a somewhat expensive bed and I had asked to make two checks over the phone, I was told yes and then it was no longer possible but otherwise very good
I suppose the crisis did not have a positive effect on transactions, however I had placed my order well before the start of the lockdown and I had to wait two months to receive my delivery. I wasn't sure it was priority... moreover, one of the two jugs was broken and the package was open before its arrival. In short, not great! The product is good though.
Incomplete order. Customer service contacted but I still have no response to this day.
