Hello, It's because the delivery was scheduled between Monday and Wednesday that I gave the school's address... however, it took place the previous Saturday; the day when schools are... closed!!! I had to go pick up the package at the post office!

Since Wednesday, I have been waiting for a response regarding a world map (Christmas gift) that arrived heavily damaged... Lost email, phone call where I was asked to fill out a questionnaire instead of offering to resolve my issue... still no response. Yet in case of product defects, the site indicates a processing time of 24 hours! Anyway, is my child going to have a Christmas gift or not? If you order, it's at your own risk. The little consumer is not taken into account. Non-existent customer service
