I sometimes have trouble finding what I'm looking for.

It arrives too late.

The carrier asked to pick up the packages from the truck, while I am a childminder and cannot leave my home when I am working. This was not specified during the order.

Error on the color of the ball, my son wanted a blue one and we received a purple one. And very very disappointed with the giant beads as some do not clip; poor finishes. We are waiting for a commercial gesture from you, hoping for a favorable response. Regards, MME SCHNEIDER..

Complicated to find the age (when you click you end up on the size of objects but that of clothing) corresponding to the cm of the blouses

Fast shipping and received much earlier than expected. Unfortunately, one of the paint bottles opened in one of the packages!! Packaging needs to be reviewed!!

The wall bar attachments were missing. At no point was it mentioned that they were not provided. I had to place a second order. Bad surprise for my wallet...

Good site, but a small problem with order tracking updates.

I had ordered a box of large chalks. The plastic box arrived broken, and all the chalks were also broken. What a disappointment for my children!

I am a childminder and the site wouldn't accept my email when I noted 'childminder', but when I just put my name, it accepted my order.

I requested a 24-hour delivery that I paid €15 for. Before the Covid crisis, the package arrived 4 days later. No problem with the rest.

Packaging problem: the package - too large for the content - arrived in very bad condition and was repaired by postal services. The content was intact.

Disappointed by the size of the stickers. Order delivered in two parts because sheets were missing, no worries except that upon arrival of the second round, one sheet was missing, according to the delivery note. Three items as planned while I only had two and no information... the third arrived later with no further details.

The products are good. However, the packaging was average... One of the boxes was patched up by the post office because the paint cans were not secured and tore the box. A bit of a shame...

Excellent material. A bit long because the fitted sheet ordered was out of stock. Difficult delivery. The delivery person informed us by phone that we had to go down to retrieve the package at the foot of the building and that he would not go up despite the entrance door code and the known floor. It took a long insistence on the phone to decide to go up.

The order was laborious to benefit from free shipping despite your cooperation, but it still took an afternoon and a morning just to place the order. Fortunately, everything went well for the reception. We have not yet used the products so evaluation is impossible at this time. Best regards.

A bit difficult to navigate the site and I received my products in a box that was too big, so they were moving around inside. One item was broken and leaked in the box. Terrible delivery. However, I received it quite quickly.

Nice site. However, the delivery by LA POSTE bent and TEARED the two posters contained in the package, so VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH MY PURCHASE.

Products conform to the description but delivery service is more than mediocre. You cannot choose a delivery time slot. The delivery provider was very unpleasant, he did not want to carry the bulky package to my apartment door, nor even to the bottom of the building.

Professional material but way too many delivery problems

Delivery well within the time frame in 3 parts. However, one of the locker boards was very damaged when we took it out of the packaging and Wesco has still not responded to my complaint. For the price we paid, I find this very unfortunate.

The order was delivered on time, even a few days early. Unfortunately, I had to return 2 packages because they were defective and I haven't heard back since.

Kindness on the phone

I placed my order on January 23, 2020, and I only received my delivery on February 13, I find that a bit long, the carrier took more than 7 days to deliver to me;

Delivery with a 1 month delay without any commercial gesture!!

Order received in duplicate and debited twice

The products from this brand are very good. However, my last order did not go very well (wrong product sent). The customer service was not good in handling my complaint: little dialogue (had to chase them for responses), too slow to react (it took a month to finally get what I ordered). This does not necessarily make me want to order from them again. It's a shame!
