Disappointed by the size of the stickers. Order delivered in two parts because sheets were missing, no worries except that upon arrival of the second round, one sheet was missing, according to the delivery note. Three items as planned while I only had two and no information... the third arrived later with no further details.

The products are good. However, the packaging was average... One of the boxes was patched up by the post office because the paint cans were not secured and tore the box. A bit of a shame...
Excellent material. A bit long because the fitted sheet ordered was out of stock. Difficult delivery. The delivery person informed us by phone that we had to go down to retrieve the package at the foot of the building and that he would not go up despite the entrance door code and the known floor. It took a long insistence on the phone to decide to go up.
The order was laborious to benefit from free shipping despite your cooperation, but it still took an afternoon and a morning just to place the order. Fortunately, everything went well for the reception. We have not yet used the products so evaluation is impossible at this time. Best regards.
A bit difficult to navigate the site and I received my products in a box that was too big, so they were moving around inside. One item was broken and leaked in the box. Terrible delivery. However, I received it quite quickly.

Products conform to the description but delivery service is more than mediocre. You cannot choose a delivery time slot. The delivery provider was very unpleasant, he did not want to carry the bulky package to my apartment door, nor even to the bottom of the building.
Professional material but way too many delivery problems
Delivery well within the time frame in 3 parts. However, one of the locker boards was very damaged when we took it out of the packaging and Wesco has still not responded to my complaint. For the price we paid, I find this very unfortunate.
The order was delivered on time, even a few days early. Unfortunately, I had to return 2 packages because they were defective and I haven't heard back since.
Kindness on the phone
I placed my order on January 23, 2020, and I only received my delivery on February 13, I find that a bit long, the carrier took more than 7 days to deliver to me;

Order received in duplicate and debited twice
The products from this brand are very good. However, my last order did not go very well (wrong product sent). The customer service was not good in handling my complaint: little dialogue (had to chase them for responses), too slow to react (it took a month to finally get what I ordered). This does not necessarily make me want to order from them again. It's a shame!

Item ordered mid-December for delivery early January. Finally delivered early February. Why not announce the true delivery time?

I ordered in mid-December for a pouf to make a Christmas gift. The pouf was available. A few days later, customer service informed me that the order would be delayed until early January 2020. I just received the pouf today. This is unacceptable. The other orders placed on your site went well. I will think twice now about buying from Wesco.

Difficult to have the same person on the phone, who can keep you updated on your order tracking: Having a reference person would have been a good solution... Tired of repeating the same questions, remarks... A reference person to express your needs...

The site is very well done, I was not informed of the out-of-stock situation when I ordered in November. I had to contact customer service to be informed that the restock would be on January 20, which is 2 months after my order!

My rating corresponds to the service, contact with the telephone service was average (staff not very pleasant but they do their job properly). Payment, no possibility to pay in installments, unfortunately (payment on delivery, as there was a different wait for each item, the payment was separated so it suited me)... Delivery between 9 am and 5 pm. Not practical at all, not precise, they do not notify beforehand. Item arrived as described and in perfect condition. No possibility to return if it doesn't suit you or at your expense!!
Delivery and especially the product is poorly protected in the box. The bag of screws was punctured.

Satisfied except for two things: - I checked the box 'delivery in one go' which extended the delay. But my packages arrived in two shipments (a few days apart). This raises questions about the carbon footprint! - I made a return which is at my expense. €18 for the product and €16.5 for the return shipping costs. This does not satisfy me at all. The right to make a mistake is expensive!
