Error with my order
Hello, I only received the end of the alphabet and the delivery was long.
Order took a veeeery long time to receive, and in parts..... Finally returned because it was very damaged. Given the prices, we expect a bit more quality in the handling.
The delivery by Chronopost was pathetic.. They didn't ring the bell and the package went to their warehouse.
The customer service is unreachable, 15 days to receive my delivery, items are missing and one item is damaged and another incomplete, 15 days later no response from customer service, as a result for 1 month I have been waiting for the tablet chair to feed a child in daycare and between the moment my request is taken into account and receiving a new compliant chair I will have to manage without!
I am very disappointed. The prices remain high yet the customer service is quite deplorable. I had placed an order that was supposed to be delivered in two parts. The second delivery was canceled along with the second half of my order. I am left with half a mobility course that I cannot return, with no hope of receiving the other part of my order, which is out of stock. One part of my delivery is unusable without the other half!!!
We were very disappointed: order not delivered on time (stock problem at Wesco for 15 chairs delivered on September 19 instead of late August). Then, upon delivery of the tables, out of 7 boxes, only 4 were correct, the other 3 were not the boxes corresponding to our order (plastic partitions instead of tops for oval tables). I requested a commercial gesture (2 additional free coral chairs: no response on this matter). I am still waiting for my table tops, even though I let the carrier who delivered the chairs on August 19 leave with the three boxes that were not correct... In short: a real mess!!!

We ordered 2 mattresses for our MaM and we only received 1 out of 2. And 0 response from them so far...
I requested a quote in August, then to make sure I would receive my package on time (I had a baby workshop on August 29), I tried to contact a sales service. No one. Then I placed an order and it was noted on the order that I would receive my package before the 27th. So I trusted and placed the order. However, to receive my package on time, I had to call several times and constantly follow up to get my order. No commercial gesture was proposed and I received my materials 30 minutes before leaving for my scheduled workshop (My service providers were quite unhappy not knowing if I would arrive with the materials on time and this caused me a lot of stress and probably a loss of credibility). No commercial gesture was proposed and the responses given were impersonal (except for the sales representative who took over the file and worked for me). In short, I will not go through you, I am very disappointed.
More than a month delay between the order and delivery without news from the site forcing me to follow up for information!!
A disaster... Order that was supposed to be delivered on September 2nd that I am still waiting for. I am told that the person in charge of our order will return from vacation on 09/16 and since then, it's radio silence... Customer service needs to be reviewed.

I placed my order on the last day of the sales. The discounted prices were not taken into account. Wesco charged me the full price of the ordered items without the discount. Impossible to reach customer service. I absolutely do not recommend.
2 products delivered. A folding baby bed with paint splatters. Incorrect description of the baby mattress, plastic cover instead of fabric. No responses to emails and customer service unreachable by phone. Very disappointing.

I waited a long time for my order without any information from your side. If I hadn't called, I wouldn't have known that one item was unavailable and that the entire order was on hold. In the end, after receiving the available items, it took 1 month to learn that the rest of my order was canceled. In short, there is an obvious lack in customer relations.

The plates were very poorly protected in the package. As a result, during the delivery of the package, one plate was broken.

The cardboard packaging was damaged, there was a hole on the side and the wooden frame was broken: the interior staircase fell with exposed staples dangerous for children. And the exterior of the house was detached. Since I am going on vacation, I could not return it, my husband had to repair it and glue everything back!!!
Very disappointing experience. I received the package, unfortunately in a deplorable state. The paint cans had clearly not been closed properly, and the packaging was clearly insufficient: as a result, paint everywhere. I can understand that an incident may occur during transport. However, what I do not understand is the total absence of response from your after-sales service. No feedback, no proposed solution... NOTHING. Perhaps this message will have more effect than a complaint that has gone unanswered. To whom it may concern!
No reception of the order I paid 17 euros for a 24h delivery, 3 days later still nothing received
Chaotic is the word that best defines our shopping experience with WESCO disappointing product quality, disappointing customer service, no follow-up on orders. I think this will be our last order with WESCO it seems to me that the competition is more serious and places more importance on the shopping experience. I do not recommend going through WESCO.
The 2 cardboard books have slightly damaged covers. It's still a shame when you know that the book will be handled by a 12-month-old child! Simple cardboard packaging with the 2 books and a toy that move around in this large box and therefore the shocks are inevitable!
I ordered a bee activity cube for the birthday of one of the girls I look after (I am a childminder). But it arrived incomplete (the shapes to put in the sorter are missing). We made a complaint on the same day to the Wesco customer service but still no response. We then requested a refund and to make a return but still no response either. So really very disappointed with Wesco. It's a shame because I used to order often.
