Products conform but slow delivery.
Delivery deadlines not respected. Explanation notice for the very poorly made straps. Product arrived packed just in a large plastic bag, not even in a cardboard box.
The lichen color is really very pretty. The transport time was longer and the carpet is folded and not rolled, so it shows some marks.
If I had known that sending the article would take 10 days, I would have ordered elsewhere.
Damaged light bar received on the side ...given the price this is not acceptable.
Order placed in June for August 29. Part of the order arrived a few days late and the other part of the order has not yet arrived.
Good product but delivered late with zero communication
Very good quality product and as described. However, 3 stars because of a delay on the announced delivery date at the time of purchase, damaged package and apparently transported without care, but fortunately the contents were intact, and finally missing one bolt out of the 8 expected to assemble this table.

Lack of information on delivery dates. Difficulties in reaching customer service or after-sales by phone, my online help request took days to get a response. I wanted to cancel an order, which I could not (which I can understand) but I received the same email more than 10 times telling me that I cannot cancel my order. I find that a lot considering I only got a response to my email after a long wait. I could not cancel my order because it was 'ready' (not for lack of calling several times before to try to cancel it) but two days later I receive an email telling me that my order would be delayed because some items were missing... while I thought it was ready. So a service to improve.
Nothing to complain about regarding the products, however the announced delivery time was not respected.

I anticipated my order to receive it on a specific date, but ultimately the date was not respected, which is a shame.

Missing screw in each lot of baby seat purchased, and wooden base split... impossible to reach customer service by phone, nor to get a response by email.. at the price charged, we expected better in terms of the precision of the necessary elements and customer service.
Second purchase on wesco. Very satisfied with the first. For the second, the carpet arrived "damaged" from the creases that have not quite returned. I did not have this issue with the previous model. I sent photos and a complaint from the site. But I have not received a response... Disappointed

Overall satisfied with the products. However, the budget play kitchen is of very poor quality; the utensils bend easily. It's impossible to offer this type of product in a daycare.
The delivery is a disaster. The carrier is unreachable to agree on a delivery date (no means of communication). I invite Wesco to change carriers.
This is not the first time I order from Wesco and it is also not the first time I have this problem. My last order included 4 items, delivered in 3 parts. The last item delivered, complementary to the first part of the delivery, arrived after 2 and a half months. Each time, the delivery dates change, it's complicated to trust and to know if we will ever receive our order...

I chose a pickup point for the flexibility of the hours. Result: 1 package at the post office and 2 others at the pickup point!!!! incomprehensible
Package delivered late ..
The order process until the delivery time was excellent!!! But the merchandise received arrived 1 hour late in the time slot and delivered in large bags, so the material is damaged!!!! Really a shame
The products are of very good quality, the exception is radipe. However, the carrier dpd does not suit me, they never make the effort to come to my home, refuse to drop off at a relay point, so I had to travel with my vehicle to a meeting point where the delivery person made me wait 30 minutes. While other carriers come to my gate.
I had to place the order twice even though I had paid the first time by accessing my banking app, but I never received the confirmation email. Fortunately, I was able to reorder so that it would arrive on time at home.
Order delivered on time but 1 Wednesday (school closed) when it had been clearly specified, at the time of the order, the days and hours of the school for reception. "Space-saving" beds advertised for children aged 18 months to 3 years, but out of our 18 toddlers (TPS), aged 2 to 3 years, only 1 can lie down in them. Beds of this size are too small! Useless purchase for our nap rooms (and return at our expense despite the wish for a recommendation of "standard size" beds as a replacement!). This is very detrimental (tight budget). The beds seem comfortable and sturdy otherwise.

Honestly, I didn't think these animal figurines were made in Portugal, made in China... Very surprised given the price...
My order has still not been delivered. The emails informing me of the delay do not provide any details on the confirmed delivery day or the reasons for the delay. I placed my order on March 29 and it is now May 10.
It's a pity that the boards of the furniture are not labeled, to make it easier to find.
