Quite disappointed with the WESCO quality that is no longer up to par
Damaged delivered package
The order itself I suppose is fine! But the DPD delivery service, let's just say it's lacking! They've postponed my delivery 3 times.
3 weeks to be delivered, no response to my emails. 1st order and really disappointed
Disappointed with the quality. The wood had a defect on the top of the table and the screws were missing from the package! Too late to return it, I needed it right away. Given the price, I expected much better.
For an order placed in October 2025, I received all the ordered items in 4 shipments. The last one took place on December 16. The delays were too long.
Given the price of the modules, I find the shipping only in large transparent plastic bags a bit mediocre! No effective protection to safeguard the modules.

I paid transport fees for my package to be delivered close to my home, as I have no means of transport. My package was delivered 10 km further away and when I asked someone to pick it up for me Saturday afternoon, it was closed, it was only open Saturday morning, great.

Hello, Would it be possible to inform us in advance when an item listed on a quote is out of stock so that we can possibly replace it or suggest a replacement? Because the order is then incomplete and afterwards, it is not possible to reorder only with the amount of the missing item(s).
2 items ordered 1 only arrived
Last purchase on Wesco was inconclusive. None of the 10 thermometers for the students indicate the same temperature, although they were placed under the same conditions. It is complicated to conduct experiments and a scientific approach with this type of material.
