Item ordered mid-December for delivery early January. Finally delivered early February. Why not announce the true delivery time?

I ordered in mid-December for a pouf to make a Christmas gift. The pouf was available. A few days later, customer service informed me that the order would be delayed until early January 2020. I just received the pouf today. This is unacceptable. The other orders placed on your site went well. I will think twice now about buying from Wesco.
Very good site although generally expensive. Packaging of the chairs needs to be reviewed!
Difficult to have the same person on the phone, who can keep you updated on your order tracking: Having a reference person would have been a good solution... Tired of repeating the same questions, remarks... A reference person to express your needs...
Search engine needs improvement. Search criteria do not work very well.
The site is very well done, I was not informed of the out-of-stock situation when I ordered in November. I had to contact customer service to be informed that the restock would be on January 20, which is 2 months after my order!

For now, it's difficult to evaluate. We'll see over time because given the price, we expect a good lifespan. My rating corresponds to the service, contact with the telephone service was average (staff not very pleasant but they do their job properly). Payment, no possibility to pay in installments, unfortunately (payment on delivery, as there was a different wait for each item, the payment was separated so it suited me)... Delivery between 9 am and 5 pm. Not practical at all, not precise, they do not notify beforehand. Item arrived as described and in perfect condition. No possibility to return if it doesn't suit you or at your expense!!
Delivery and especially the product is poorly protected in the box. The bag of screws was punctured.

Satisfied except for two things: - I checked the box 'delivery in one go' which extended the delay. But my packages arrived in two shipments (a few days apart). This raises questions about the carbon footprint! - I made a return which is at my expense. €18 for the product and €16.5 for the return shipping costs. This does not satisfy me at all. The right to make a mistake is expensive!

During the first order, I had some problems. Second thing, the date indicated on the order was not respected... otherwise, the material is good.
Disappointed with communication and delivery time
Order on 11/12 for a changing mat that was supposed to be in stock and delivered before 23/12. It was just delivered today on 13/01!!!
We were not informed that our order would arrive in 2 packages, which caused us some inconvenience at the post office.
The rug is absolutely great, and of very nice quality, ideal as soon as the baby crawls until late, as we plan to put it in his room to create a play area, so for the rug, 5 stars. However, the announced delivery times are totally fanciful, 15 days after ordering, without news after a month, we are told that the delivery will finally take two months, and after further exchanges, the rug arrived 6 weeks later.... Too bad.

When I ordered, the item was in stock. I had to call to find out why I hadn't received my item yet, and the response was that it was not in stock, so a month of waiting, I find that not very correct.
Delivery initially scheduled before November 29 and finally arrived on December 24, PHEW! after several follow-ups. However, excellent responsiveness during email exchanges.

Package received not conforming to the order. Error: 2 times the same boy puzzle instead of 1 boy and 1 girl. Customer service contacted today...... photo does not go through the wesco procedure so again contact by phone...... to finish email and wesco procedure so a lot of time spent + disappointment of not having the 2 puzzles for Christmas + efficient customer service but without spontaneous apologies made....
Disappointed, because my order was not complete. It was meant to be a gift for Christmas..

Disappointed with the item
I am very disappointed with customer service. I called several times to get information about the delivery and the deadlines for certain items, but as long as I haven't placed an order, they can't tell me anything... I find myself having to find a solution on my own to have the main furniture on time: I divide my large order into three. Thus, I lose my 12% discount! I had to manage on my own to find an arrangement. For the delivery, an email informs me that the package has been sent. But then no news! Should I stay available for 2-3 days waiting for the delivery person?! It would be nice to at least provide the delivery day... And I find myself in this situation for 6 deliveries!!!! Because each order is divided into two. By the way, I received an item at the beginning of December even though it was indicated as unavailable until mid-January... It's incomprehensible!!! I am really very disappointed to have had to find this solution on my own and lose my benefits, when I just wanted to make a large order at the end of November, have a first delivery on December 20 of everything that was available before, and have the rest later. But that seemed impossible...!!!
