Product received in a dirty state (brown liquid that had leaked on and in the packaging. Refused by the carrier. Customer service extremely slow to contact and refund procedure very long as well. Refund still received.

Order placed on 10/10/19, check sent and lost so late follow-up in November, then check sent again with a note asking to send a message upon arrival / message not sent. Order received on 25/11/19 with unpaid invoice BUT when calling, I was told that the check had been received and cashed! Then check cashed without having received the paid invoice!
Several times our orders have arrived incomplete, there are always some missing items like furniture sliders, screws for shelves... We are disappointed with this loss of quality and especially with the responsiveness.

A very good product for children aged 2 and up despite a slightly high price. As for the delivery, what can I say: unacceptable: I received no email or SMS confirmation or appointment scheduling, the delivery person calls to say he can't find it and that I need to reschedule a visit specifying the exact address!!!!! The packaging needs improvement, the boxes are jumbled because they are poorly secured and the cardboard arrives damaged and this time even torn on one side, the puzzle box (children's gift for Christmas) has a completely ruined corner and is therefore not very presentable. Our last 3 orders arrived damaged.
Our item (high chair) did not arrive with the pattern indicated on the site (we received a chair with gray and white stripes instead of off-white with polka dots).
Package received in a completely ripped box. The cot is slightly damaged. There was also a problem with my address, the delivery person did not have it before calling me. So a one-day delivery delay.

Hello, Following the quote sent and engaged by the town hall, I have not received a response regarding my order. After several weeks of waiting, I manage, with difficulty, to reach someone who takes my order into account. Then, I receive it in duplicate. I filled out the complaint form after speaking on the phone with an advisor. Now I have no response and cannot reach you by phone. The site is good but the problem is paying when you are a Municipality. You have to validate the quote. But for us, this was not possible. Our accounting service had to pay with a credit card and not by mandate;
