Still not delivered after 15 days
Our last 3 orders arrived damaged.
Our item (high chair) did not arrive with the pattern indicated on the site (we received a chair with gray and white stripes instead of off-white with polka dots).
Package received in a completely ripped box. The cot is slightly damaged. There was also a problem with my address, the delivery person did not have it before calling me. So a one-day delivery delay.
I am disappointed because I had requested not to be delivered during the school holidays and my order was delivered and entrusted to other people than my organization.

After several weeks of waiting, I manage, with difficulty, to reach someone who takes my order into account. Then, I receive it in duplicate. I filled out the complaint form after speaking on the phone with an advisor. Now I have no response and cannot reach you by phone. The site is good but the problem is paying when you are a Municipality. You have to validate the quote. But for us, this was not possible. Our accounting service had to pay with a credit card and not by mandate;

Delivery not on time...
I was informed that there would be a slight delay in delivery, as the package had been damaged. And indeed, when I went to pick it up, the box had been completely destroyed, roughly resealed with plastic ties and inside one of the packs of 10 notebooks was completely torn and the notebooks scattered in the box, some damaged: corners bent... this was due, I think, to the use of a box that was far too large for what it contained and therefore no support for the contents. So very clearly the packaging needs to be reviewed as well as the shipping conditions.
Very happy with the Wesco bed and its mattress. We were disappointed by the delivery. We waited all day for a delivery that did not happen and we were not informed.

Navigating the site is quite easy. For the delivery, I was given a date during the week and then I received a message informing me that I would receive my order earlier than expected but... on a Saturday. In my package, I had a fiber optic lamp whose base is filled with water and glitter, but it leaked. Otherwise, the purchased products suit me.
