The refund is pending because according to customer service, the return of the merchandise has not yet been made. Very interesting site! Fast delivery but my order was not protected in the box and it arrived partially opened. The item received is not exactly as shown in the photo (no reinforcement on the bottom of the rocker) but still of very good quality!
