Too many delays, unfortunately.
Disappointment, the product arrived damaged although the packaging was not damaged
One and a half months delay for part of the order and no information given, really a shame because the rest is very good.
I gave 3 stars because of the delivery. For the first delivery, I was not informed of the delivery day. I was at home but the delivery person did not come to ring. 2nd delivery: time slot: 'we will pass during the day...' when calling in the morning, they tell me they will pass in the afternoon and they came at 3 PM. It is really not practical to have to block the whole day. Disappointed with this delivery which is not adapted to the schedule of a private individual.
Quality item but very late delivery (15 days) while I paid the price of a Colissimo!
The friezes are of very good quality. However, there are some connection issues (a lack of precision) between the A3 sheets to recompose the frieze: photos and texts cut off (which creates a shift, a break between the sheets).
Satisfied so far with the orders and delivery, this time very disappointed because the packet of beads was open and half of the beads fell out of the box during transport. As a result, there are not many beads left upon arrival.
Navigation on the site is very simple, however products were delivered late (even though they were marked in stock) and without informing me, I had to contact customer service twice to find out where my order was.
Everything went well. I noticed that Chronopost gave overly broad deadlines that would require staying stuck at home all day. In the end, the packages always arrive for me at the post office.
I ordered 2 items noted in stock in June by paying for them. In September, I was informed that one item is no longer available but without telling me if it will be refunded.
I regret that what we agreed upon as a delivery time at the time of the order in July was not respected in August. This required a significant reorganization effort for reception, fortunately without consequences for our activities!

Average satisfaction because the delivery was long. I had to call several times, first wesco then directly the carrier who directed me to the final carrier! Finally my item arrived, in very dirty plastic. It's a shame that the mat was folded in half, after a week of use there is still a mark in the middle. I hope it will go away.
I did not receive my complete order, I am missing items: a pack of 10 gloves so I had to send a complaint and my file will not be processed for 2 weeks. Too bad otherwise the wesco site respects our requests regarding deliveries.
Incomplete delivery and boxes arrived torn

I only received part of the boxes, resulting in only having the legs of the ordered table and the chairs: no tabletop. I have not been contacted since the delivery yesterday afternoon to provide any information or anything.
I found the colored chalks loose and broken in the package
No excessive packaging of the product. The box of the magnetic cart was open because there were no tapes or wires to keep it closed. The delivery person made sure that the box did not open until delivery at home. She taped it up. We checked together with the instructions and all the parts were there. The diapers were in packaging and well protected.

I had requested a delivery for the end of September and was delivered on August 31. I didn't know if I refused the delivery would I have paid for shipping twice?? the delivery person didn't know so I took the packages (bulky) to avoid paying shipping twice. I received 6 packages. I opened one and there was only the bed inside and no mattress. my order was a 'bed + mattress' set
I only give 3 stars because the delivery time was extremely long, and it was difficult to get a follow-up from Wesco. After several emails, I finally got an explanation regarding the delivery delay. Nevertheless, the product meets my expectations, but the delivery time was over 1 month.
Order of a rug for delivery scheduled for J+5. On the day, no delivery and no message from Wesco. On J+10 I sent an email. Response: we will deliver but later without giving a date. Summary: effective delivery more than 30 days later. No commercial gesture. Very bad customer experience

Difficult instructions to understand and a bike that doesn't work, impossible to turn the handlebars.

The delivery was very long! Nothing to say about the people I spoke to on the phone, friendly and responsive (thank you to them) However, there seems to be a problem between Wesco and Ziegler. The delivery note stated 2 packages while I only ordered one product. So it is the catalog that blocked the delivery, it is incomprehensible.

The site is very good, but the transport needs to be reviewed. I had requested a change of address that was not done and also that I be called 30 minutes before, which also was not done. The driver threw everything over the gate.
Order received quickly and in good condition but shipping costs are excessive, probably due to the over-packaging of the product which could have simply been sent in an envelope.
