Overall satisfied with the products. However, the budget play kitchen is of very poor quality; the utensils bend easily. It's impossible to offer this type of product in a daycare.

The last item delivered, complementary to the first part of the delivery, arrived after 2 and a half months. Each time, the delivery dates change, it's complicated to trust and to know if we will ever receive our order...

Very disappointing experience. I received the package, unfortunately in a deplorable state. The paint cans had clearly not been closed properly, and the packaging was clearly insufficient: as a result, paint everywhere. I can understand that an incident may occur during transport. However, what I do not understand is the total absence of response from your after-sales service. No feedback, no proposed solution... NOTHING. Perhaps this message will have more effect than a complaint that has gone unanswered. To whom it may concern!
