When I placed my order, I forgot an item. I immediately called to ask if the order could be canceled so that I could place a new complete order without paying shipping twice. The person on the phone told me she would take care of it and that I could reorder with confidence, but I received both orders....

Not clear on delivery times
The delivery announced for the next day arrived one business day later than expected. Otherwise, everything else was OK. I had no information on the packaging which would have been very useful for transport and storage: maybe I wouldn't have chosen this product.

Hello, I am disappointed because the Rody bouncing ball is not identical to the one I ordered and for my autistic son it was very important that it be identical to the one he designated to receive as a gift, as a result I will have to order another one on another site exactly as he wishes, since the one you sent me does not match your image of the green Rody on your site. Indeed, I wanted a green Rody with blue on top but I received a green Rody with orange. Please know that for an autistic person this is very upsetting. Also in the future, I do not think I will place another order with you, as I remain dissatisfied with this bouncing ball which is still relatively expensive given my low income. I placed an order for an amount of €250 and it wasn't even verified before being sent. I received an item that was poorly manufactured in the factory. I am also disappointed with my supposedly odorless bin which smells just as much as any other bin every time I add a layer.
