Not disappointed with the quality or price of the items, but the order intended for my son's Easter arrived 6 days later than expected. So no Easter..
Disappointed, I received my package well packed in a sturdy box, when I opened it there was a film to prevent everything from moving around in the box, and then I saw brushes loose in the box without packaging fortunately they are not damaged and a pack of small rings completely open so I had to search for them at the bottom of the box and well the number is not there I am missing 3

It's a site that is quite good but for communities, not for a childcare assistant like me. Prices too high, what a shame.

A check of the order just before its departure would have prevented me from receiving a footrest instead of the large bin ordered. Adhering to the delivery date announced in the order confirmation would have allowed me to refuse the wrong package immediately. The processing time for these errors, for which I am not responsible, is too long compared to a normal order.

I placed an order for an amount of €250 and it wasn't even verified before being sent. I received an item that was poorly manufactured in the factory. I am also disappointed with my supposedly odorless bin which smells just as much as any other bin every time I add a layer.

Good quality product but defect during the packaging of the kit for the support bar, I am missing one of the 2 plates to finalize my installation and it takes 2 weeks of processing at customer service just to handle my request. The site itself works properly and the delivery times are correct. However, the products have significantly lost quality compared to before: many are no longer from the 'WESCO' brand and it shows, WESCO seems to be becoming a distribution platform for Chinese products rather than a specialized manufacturer adapted to the world of disability.
