Wide choice and interesting prices, but the delivery date I requested was not respected. The delivery person came on March 7 or 8 while I had requested a delivery on March 11. This is not the first time this has happened... Additionally, one product arrived partially broken, another dented. This has happened to me before on a previous order. It is pointless to offer a low-priced product if it is too fragile...
It's useless to ask when you want to be delivered when ordering on the site. It's not respected and you are not called to be informed of the delivery.
Very good site but a bit expensive
The preparation time is way too long! Impossible to cancel the order. High shipping costs, especially given the delay to receive the product (a week and a half... while the post delivered the package in 48 hours...). Order tracking from the site does not work...

Good, but Colissimo could not deliver the package because they did not have my apartment number to ring the bell. I therefore had to search several post offices to finally retrieve the package from a Post Relay that I was unaware of on Friday, March 8.

I was disappointed not to have been informed right after placing my order that the product was out of stock. I had to find out on my own about the reason for the lack of delivery. It was only after the expected delivery date that I was informed of the product's unavailability. As a result, I was only delivered 2 months after my order. I had committed to reading workshops and without the butai, I had to cancel my workshops. So it would be good to specify the availability of the product at the time of ordering. Otherwise, the person who informed me was very friendly and my product (finally received) fully satisfies me. Best regards

Following a bug on the site, after canceling my first order, I ultimately received 2 shipments. Then a big problem with the carrier GLS who did not want to give me one order without the other. As a result, received on the 28th instead of the 20th, 2 charges and the wrong order still not refunded to this day. Good daily telephone communication to resolve the issue, but too many different contacts.

And 3 product returns: defective tank (3 months for the exchange to happen) + seat arrived in the wrong color (2 months wait as well: it was a photo error on the website!!!!) + finally, one of the two quadruple strollers received last week is broken upon unpacking! Not to mention the igloo chairs that are really not practical to wash (dust collector) and the sheets for the cots that have elastics that give way after two washes. We are extremely disappointed with Wesco. For a professional range.. It is really very disappointing. For our other establishments for young children, we are definitely turning to another site!!!!
Problem in the description. A piece of information given by customer service that would have been useful because knowing it I would not have ordered. A return service that is slow (missing attachment no response, in short I am super disappointed because this is a purchase I was making for my birthday and that by addressing Wesco I thought I would have quality and listening.

I received a Wesco order 6 days ago, and it turns out they sent the wrong item, which I can understand. What makes me angry is that after an immediate complaint, they made me wait to retrieve the mat that was sent to me by mistake, and I still haven't received my order, which was intended for a professional purpose, something I specified to customer service. Overall, Wesco is faster at processing orders than at correcting their shipping mistakes!

I still had problems with the delivery of my order. Out of a batch of 12 spoons, I received 1.
The delivery went badly, the GLS delivery person (imposed by WESCO) left our packages in the hallway of our building without our consent, and one of the products arrived damaged. We had to open a case with customer service.
The deadlines are a bit long especially since I did not receive the correct product (I am still waiting to receive it). The item that was not the one ordered was easily returned so that's already something (the carrier who made the delivery came back to pick up the package).
