I give three stars just because I am sure that for such a small order it would be possible to find a more suitable box and think about recycling!!!

Unfriendly customer service Impossible to have delivery to an address other than the billing address via the website....

I still had problems with the delivery of my order. Out of a batch of 12 spoons, I received 1.

The delivery went badly, the GLS delivery person (imposed by WESCO) left our packages in the hallway of our building without our consent, and one of the products arrived damaged. We had to open a case with customer service.

The deadlines are a bit long especially since I did not receive the correct product (I am still waiting to receive it). The item that was not the one ordered was easily returned so that's already something (the carrier who made the delivery came back to pick up the package).

Order received well but I am surprised to see that the gloves, towels, and mattress protectors were delivered without plastic protection, just placed in the box! Otherwise, good product overall.

Order of three tricycles for the Christmas gift for two kindergarten classes, they arrived 3 days after the announced deadline, the children were very disappointed to see nothing under the tree upon their return from vacation... Moreover, in the packages we did not have the correct bolts to proceed with the assembly and with the delivery delay, it was impossible to return them, we had to manage on our own. This is very disappointing for a brand that is a reference in the field of children's equipment..

Slight disappointment regarding the delivery time of my package. I placed my order by the deadline (12/14) for it to arrive under the tree but I only received it on 12/26... too bad!

The site is good, there are items that cannot be found elsewhere but it does not offer delivery to parcel collection points, my package was left on my terrace on a rainy day... Shipping costs are only waived for €250 purchases.
