The product is fine but the delivery much less so, lacking seriousness overall

The plates and bowls are too small for the price

I received my order and it was in every way compliant with its description. I am really satisfied with the quality of the product. However, the seller Wesco communicates too little about the delivery and tracking of the package.

Order of three tricycles for the Christmas gift for two kindergarten classes, they arrived 3 days after the announced deadline, the children were very disappointed to see nothing under the tree upon their return from vacation... Moreover, in the packages we did not have the correct bolts to proceed with the assembly and with the delivery delay, it was impossible to return them, we had to manage on our own. This is very disappointing for a brand that is a reference in the field of children's equipment..

I did not receive my order on time for Christmas (despite the date announced at the order) after a phone contact I was assured of a commercial gesture (5% off the total and free shipping) it seems to me that this commitment has been forgotten!

Order arrived quickly. However, the packaging needs to be reviewed, maybe strap the box!!!... because it was completely open!!! but nothing was missing.

Slight disappointment regarding the delivery time of my package. I placed my order by the deadline (12/14) for it to arrive under the tree but I only received it on 12/26... too bad!

The site is good, there are items that cannot be found elsewhere but it does not offer delivery to parcel collection points, my package was left on my terrace on a rainy day... Shipping costs are only waived for €250 purchases.

The pack of crayons I ordered was open and the crayons were loose in the packaging box. It's not great when it's for a gift.

I had requested delivery between December 14 and 22, 2018 because the site was under construction. We received the package on December 3!!! Not cool!

Serious site but disappointed with the product

Good quality products, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and the costs are high, no commercial gesture even though there were missing items in my order.

Dishware arrived damaged (as it was not protected in the packaging box). No response from customer service to date.

There are missing photos.

The products and speed are satisfactory. However, the packages are not sturdy enough: more than half of the 6 packages were opened and/or damaged (opened along the perforated lines, or a piece of cardboard detached with very small visible glue dots at the start). As a result, 4 items missing.

You can find what you want but without great precision on the product.

Overall rating after 1 year of purchasing on the site: over 7000€ spent. Delivery delays and uncontrolled delivery, unfriendly and uncommercial customer service. Quality issues. Expensive. Overall, a company that feels like it is in a monopoly.

Not easy to create an account for an association

I had to order this product by default; originally I wanted to order the "Balance Eggs", which were better suited to my activity project. It is a pity that products are thus removed from the catalog! That said, no technical issues with the order, delivery, or invoice.
