Hello, The ordered material corresponds to what I expected. The downside is the delivery: - The order did not arrive in the initially given time slot and fortunately I was at home because the delivery person called me not to make an appointment but to announce that he was arriving in 15 minutes. - The bag containing the mattresses was open and the mattresses were dirty (it is difficult for me to properly clean the stains) - the box of the bed was completely damaged (the bed now has a small tear). It would be good if the delivery people were more careful with the orders.

Received bad diapers, ineffective customer service by phone, no response to the various emails sent, only Adeline from social media was able to answer my questions even though she is not directly concerned (hence the 2 *, otherwise I would have given only 1...). A week to realize that they no longer have in stock the diapers I ordered (the stock on the website has still not been updated...). How long will it take for me to be refunded my €95???
