We encountered many problems with receiving defective products and delivery times not respected (4 months to receive the entirety of our order). Very disappointed overall!

We were disappointed with the reception of the kitchen for 2 years and older, it is quite small and we also received the refrigerator model with the same shelf, so it is not possible to assemble it.

First time I ordered from you but it will be the last. Order received 3 weeks after placing it even though the product was in stock... Customer service needs to be reviewed!!
The delivery company did not take into account the deadlines selected on the Wesco site. Moreover, one item was out of stock and needed to be delivered on a second date. The first delivery person was extremely unpleasant.
Given the price, I expected better quality... The mattress is very soft and the sheet is stiff... not very pleasant to the touch.

I received my order in several parts and each time I had to be available to welcome the delivery person, not easy when you are with children.
The site itself is good but ordering is not great, I ordered 2 rugs that were available at the time of the order, and upon delivery I only received one rug and I wasn't even informed that there was a stock shortage, I had to call to find out where the second rug was because if I had known I wouldn't have ordered it at all.
Hello, The ordered material corresponds to what I expected. The downside is the delivery: - The order did not arrive in the initially given time slot and fortunately I was at home because the delivery person called me not to make an appointment but to announce that he was arriving in 15 minutes. - The bag containing the mattresses was open and the mattresses were dirty (it is difficult for me to properly clean the stains) - the box of the bed was completely damaged (the bed now has a small tear). It would be good if the delivery people were more careful with the orders.

Received bad diapers, ineffective customer service by phone, no response to the various emails sent, only Adeline from social media was able to answer my questions even though she is not directly concerned (hence the 2 *, otherwise I would have given only 1...).
