Apparently, your company is rather intended to serve structures receiving children. My first experience leads me to think this because the price of shipping costs is almost similar to the price of the product I ordered. Too bad I will go to a store where I won't have to bear constrained and abusive shipping costs.

Well categorized site. Clear, rarely out of stock, prices a bit high but the quality is present. My overall rating will be two stars for the following reason: big negative, the delivery was not respected at all (delivery before the date, I was not present, fortunately my partner had just arrived 3 minutes before so he was able to receive the 9 cots and the sheets. There was indeed an email the day before in the middle of the afternoon to tell me that the order had been shipped. No call to tell me that the delivery would take place the next day, no email...

I question the packaging when sending the items. The changing mat was just wrapped in a transparent plastic protection that was very dirty (from being dragged around in the delivery truck). No reinforced packaging to properly protect the item and... this is a recurring problem with Wesco (I have already received broken items due to careless packaging).

There was an error on a product I ordered in natural color that I received multicolor from the service. I was very surprised to see that the return shipping costs are at my expense?

Hello, I was very satisfied with the speed and quality of the packaging. However, there is an error with one toy (old version instead of the new one) and after contacting customer service a week ago, I still have no response and my daughter's birthday is tomorrow.

I didn't quite understand. I received my order in 3 boxes. 1 on one day and the other two the next day.

The delivery person gave me one package out of two. Upon noticing that one was missing, I quickly called back and he explained that it happens and he only had one. Three-quarters of an hour later he returned apologizing that the package was hidden under another. Luckily he wasn't far to bring it back to me. I found it average. They are too rushed and never check with the customers on site.. Otherwise, the bed was already assembled, which is nice. Good quality at first glance, we'll see over time. Satisfied. Regarding the site, known for its quality, without special promotions I wouldn't buy (quality/price).
