Package received damaged. No quick response from customer service. Return costs at my expense. One star because you can't give 0.
Delivery date scheduled between January 9 and January 13. Package arrived at the pickup point on January 15. Order included necessary accessories for a show presented on the evening of January 14!
It has been more than 2 weeks since I ordered and I still have not been delivered
I had placed an order for our granddaughter on December 19 because we were going to our son in Lyon from January 8 to 11. I wanted this order to arrive between January 4 and 7, so before we left, and unfortunately it arrived at my pickup point on January 9 during our absence. The package left your place on January 7, I had requested to change the delivery address so that the package would arrive directly at our son's place, and that could not be done. I am therefore obliged to send it to my son, so I am very disappointed that my order placed 10 days earlier took 1 month to arrive at my pickup point. A commercial gesture would have been nice. The package was never delivered. I had to contact customer service 3 times to follow up on the order. And to this day it has been followed up but no delivery information, no date or anything has been provided to me. Thank you Wesco.

Error with my order, I received someone else's order... I am still waiting for news from the company to receive what I ordered...
Almost 2 months of waiting to receive my package. And the plaster received is not the one ordered! I admit to being very disappointed.
If I could give zero stars, I would. I do not recommend: the item does not work, plus the customer service is unreachable and the return is at your expense.

An order that takes more than 14 days to arrive and therefore deadlines not met. The order was delivered to the post office without a name, just a mobile number. No way to contact anyone (emails go unanswered) and I won't even mention the incompetent chatbot, plus there are missing cones in the order!
I was supposed to receive my package over a week ago; I have not received it, I sent 3 messages to customer service and have not received a response (other than an acknowledgment of receipt of my request).

Very large delivery delay. The information provided by customer service is incorrect. No news for weeks about our order but we continue to receive Wesco ads, very irritating. A small commercial gesture was made but unfortunately after that, things did not improve. The delivery was incomplete... We do not recommend at all.
The lockers have still not all been delivered... Order placed at the beginning of summer... But the invoice has already reached us....
Poor communication
I placed three orders with Wesco at the end of July and the end of August with a delivery on September 2 for the two orders placed at the end of July. No news from the customer, no email or call. I later learned that the products that were in stock at the time of my order are no longer in stock. I am still waiting for my delivery from the end of July and still no news.

The delivery occurred 4 weeks after the order. The delivery was delayed by more than a week compared to the announced date.
Order placed on June 18, due to the Olympics we were asked for a delivery by September 9 and there was no delivery. Finally receiving the deliveries in bits, the entirety still not received to this day. A request for a commercial gesture was made, but no response.
DELIVERY TIME TOO LONG
Delivery delay of more than 3 weeks! And the delivery person shows up without any email or SMS to warn. Without any commercial gesture from Wesco, I will not order from you again.
I am very disappointed, ordered a rectangular table which should have 4 legs, I only received 3 legs, and I can't reach customer service. A case has been opened with after-sales service via email and to this day no response... Sending a leg so I can assemble my table should have been quick. For the price of the material, I am really disappointed... Otherwise, in terms of quality, nothing to complain about, it's really good material. Waiting for the missing leg to be able to assemble the little teddy bear table.....
Furniture without screws and despite the complaint, nothing received

The site is not the problem, it is rather the customer service that delays orders 15 days after validating them for fallacious reasons.
The delivery was terrible... the package was slipped between two mailboxes, we didn't find it on the day of delivery, we contested the delivery. The return from Chronopost and Wesco was 'The package was deposited in the mailbox in a safe place' we found the package 10 days later.... obviously, it got wet and molded. We are waiting for a refund or a gesture...
Waiting for a response regarding the complaint made. - delivery times not respected. incomplete delivery - damaged furniture....
It was agreed for delivery on August 27, 2024. I was present in the morning, 2 of my colleagues during the day. The delivery person had my personal phone number. No one showed up at the school and the delivery tracking was updated for a delivery scheduled for September 5, after the start of classes.
I did not receive the right products and I am still waiting for news from customer service.
Always a problem with Wesco and customer service never responds. Very disappointed.

A catastrophic packaging, bent, torn, and open boxes. As a result, two cardboard shelves were damaged. However, the product meets my expectations, but I had to use the replacement shelf immediately. No possibility of change for the future.
