I appreciate the diverse range of products for sale on the site; however, the product descriptions do not match the quality received.

Big package for little things

Poor stock management. We had to wait an extra week than planned not to mention the poor condition of a rug received.

Order processing extremely long 1 kg bag of shredded paper half open so spillage in the box, damaged package.

The laces do not fit for certain letters and that's a shame!

Apparently, your company is rather intended to serve structures receiving children. My first experience leads me to think this because the price of shipping costs is almost similar to the price of the product I ordered.
