You have a problem with packing the parcels. I had ordered a set of 5 one-liter bottles of paint with 1 one-liter bottle of glue, and in the package, all the bottles were loose, without any padding to secure them, which caused one bottle to break during transport and a refusal and return of the package. I wanted to use the paint quickly with the children I care for, but that will have to wait until Wesco accepts my return to allow me to reorder.

Complicated site

Could be improved in the logic of the sections.

Not satisfied with the cart, lacks stability, which poses a danger for a non-walking child. RETURN IS AT THE CUSTOMER'S EXPENSE, EXPENSIVE!

The products are of very good quality but the description on the site is too brief, I mistakenly ordered poufs instead of pears. Not very serious but a bit annoying.

The ordered products meet my expectations. However, I was delivered after the indicated date, and since I absolutely needed my order in the following days (and I had received nothing nor been informed...), I tried to contact Wesco by phone several times without success, which was quite stressful... Finally delivered on time for my events and very happy with my purchases!

Delivery time too long

The site is very good but I am disappointed with the material, I probably ordered too quickly without reading all the presentation details.

The searches are not smooth

I am happy with the product and that is why I give 2 stars! Indeed, my item was delivered to another person, at another address! Fortunately, this person saw my number on the package and honestly contacted me. I then had to go pick up my package from this person! What a shame to have to pay shipping costs for a package scheduled for May 7, which arrived on the 4th!!!!

The site is good but there are a few small difficulties in finding items without having the catalog reference.

Very good material, however there was a delay in the order for which we received an explanation email only a week later. Also, a purchase of colored sheets that I thought were cardboard and which are not.

Always problems with refunds for undelivered products but the items are correct

No order issues. However, tedious delivery! The carrier delivers once to a pharmacy, does not bother to call so no material and when I call them, I reach an extremely unpleasant person, who directs you to another number that never answers!

Judicious choice of items in the catalog

The sizes do not match the visuals for the puppets. The compartmentalized trays broke within 15 days of purchase. Perhaps due to the heat from the dishwasher, however, for daily use in a nursery, it's a pity.

When entering the product square beads in the search, it was impossible to find after several attempts, it came out by typing cube beads.
