I was disappointed not to have been informed right after placing my order that the product was out of stock. I had to find out on my own about the reason for the lack of delivery. 3 orders (very expensive).. And 3 product returns: defective tank (3 months for the exchange to happen) + seat arrived in the wrong color (2 months wait as well: it was a photo error on the website!!!!) + finally, one of the two quadruple strollers received last week is broken upon unpacking! Not to mention the igloo chairs that are really not practical to wash (dust collector) and the sheets for the cots that have elastics that give way after two washes. We are extremely disappointed with Wesco. For a professional range.. It is really very disappointing. For our other establishments for young children, we are definitely turning to another site!!!!
